I’m not typically the one to complain or leave reviews. I went to subway today at 6pm. I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a sub with onion, tomato’s, banana peppers, lettuce and mayo. Not to mention the screen at the drive-thru was being very slow and I guess didn’t put everything I clicked in the system. I get to the window and the lady never once said “hey, how are you” nothing at all. she barley opened the window, stuck my drink out and almost dropped it, held her hand out for my card and aggressively gave me my food. when I got home, my sub had mayo and black olives. I tried to call and the lady said that I only put mayo and black olives. Like I said the screen was messing up so that could be why, I tried to explain that to her and she hung up in my face. customer service is awful.

Subway in Parsons has been my daily stop for lunch. This has been the only food I have been able to hold down with this pregnancy. Great service and friendly staff they always greet me which a smile and go the extra mile in making sure my sandwich is just how I want it.

The place has a funny odor. The staff was rude, very unfriendly. Almost like my 50.oo order for 3 sandwiches was a bother. Should of known that’s why the fast food restaurant across the street was packed and this Subway was empty.

I’ve been going to this Subway for years, lately I use the drive-thru. Usually the workers at the window aren’t the friendliest anyway. This week, I ordered, went to the window, and the lady just barely opened the window enough to stick my drink out to me, kept her hands out for my card, then barely opened it enough for my food to pass through. She never said how much it cost, thank you, come back again, nothing. I’ve been in customer service for 30 plus years, most places aren’t that great today. But this was exceptionally bad. At least acknowledge your customers and that you appreciate them.

Does this place have new owners? I’ve never had problems like this here! You’d think with a touchscreen order kiosk, they couldn’t mess up your order but they did. Got 2 footlongs, in the drive thru, that came with absolutely NO VEGETABLES or MAYO/SAUCE. No napkins or receipt either. We were in a hurry and couldn’t go in to complain. I am so disappointed ☹️

My husband got chicken bacon ranch sandwich and I wish I could post you a picture of the sandwich. It had no chicken at all on it. And then they acted like a scoop that he showed with chicken in it which wasn’t even filled up to try to justify it. The atmosphere was already awkward and the people were rude and rushy.
He wasn’t going to fix it and then my husband asked for the money back and then he wanted to add chicken to it, cause they didn’t want to refund it. Praying for the workers and owners of this place may they find Jesus!!!
They refuse to accept coupons. They are super greedy with food and making money it seems.
Drive to Lexington just for subway better atmosphere and food is well worth it there.

The subway sandwich was absolutely superb. The bread was soft and crunchy and flavourful. They put just the right amount of everything that gave it that wonderful taste. This restaurant does not take coupons. And my husband always uses coupons. But I was so hungry as I had not eaten that day. That I encouraged him to go on and order our food. If I had not been so hungry. I know we would have left and gone somewhere else to eat. Twenty six dollars for 2 twelve inch sub sandwiches, one drink and one bag of potato chips was a bit more than then we are comfortable spending.
