I custom ordered a cake for a friend’s birthday. I was able to do it fully over email. Annie was very responsive and sent pictures of flowers she was going to use for the cake to see if I was happy with them. The day I picked up the cake everything was ready and it turned out perfect! The shop was extremely clean! The cake tasted amazing as well! Will definitely go back!

I could not be more impressed with my experience at Annie’s cookie factory & pastry shop! I went in today with an idea for a custom birthday cake. Their head pastry chef was behind the counter and immediately greeted me with a smile! Both of the people there were friendly, courteous, helpful, and professional…hands down…outstanding customer service! They looked at the pictures I brought in, along with the trinkets I needed placed on the cake, and listened to my ideas and what I wanted. They immediately began arranging the items and helping me “create” my idea (this was not an easy task as this is a Lego themed cake, that is also electrician themed.) I could not be more pleased with them. I will be using them for now on, and will add a picture of the cake to this review once it is completed. They also had a display of ready made items which I will be returning to get an assortment of soon, because they all looked beyond scrumptious! If you’re looking for amazing customer service and a “can-do” attitude for any baked goods…I can only say…go to Annie’s because you will leave as impressed as I did!

The day I called and inquired about a birthday cookie cake, she had me send her a picture while we were still on the phone and gave me a quote on the spot. We moved forward with the order and I was on and off the phone in 5 mins! Two weeks later it’s time to pick up the cookie cake and it was BEAUTIFUL! My kid was over the moon happy with the turn out and it was delicious! The icing, the cookie itself, not a crumb was left! We will be repeat customers l!

I stopped in for a cherry danish and WOW — this thing was unbelievable. So fresh, perfectly flaky, and loaded with real cherry filling. You can tell everything here is made with love.
They also have such a huge variety of pastries, cookies, and treats that it’s almost impossible to choose… in the best way! The team inside was super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
If you love fresh baked goods and warm service, Annie’s is a must. I’ll definitely be back! ✨

I’ve been patiently waiting for my birthday to arrive so I could indulge in ordering my favorite chocolate cake from Annie’s. Annie’s chocolate cake has a particular flavor that brings me back to my childhood. It is homemade, rich in cocoa content, not sickeningly sweet, so the chocolate flavor really shines. The texture is light, fluffy, and soft. It melts in your mouth. Her frosting, again, is rich in cocoa flavor, and has a smooth, light, velvety feel in texture. Simply decadent. Eating this cake feels like a trip back in time to when your Mom baked you a cake for your birthday. It is made with love. Thank you so much, Annie! I especially loved the added personal touch of the butterfly, it meant a lot to me!

I was only able to purchase cookies and a donut. The sugar cookies were average. The donut was good very thick and filling. It’s a small cute place with several different slices of cake to choose from. The owner was very informative and will take order in advance.

SWEET POTATO PIE TO END ALL
Reminds me of my Grandma’s baking. I only come here and only here for my sweet potato pies. Once I brought one to work for a potluck – and needless to say, that pie was GONE in the first 5 min. Purchased another pie for Christmas for my in-laws (they never tried one) – lasted 10 min after the meal with only crumbs left. I’d fight and risk my life for one of Annie’s sweet potato pies, and I think you would too once you try one delicious bite! P.S I do be driving with my Annie’s pies like this. I don’t mess around.
