Ordered dinner to-go using the QR code in room. Very quick service and helpful servers directing me on where to pick up in the restaurant. Food was warm and ok. Not a lot of flavor for being Beechers alfredo with blackened chicken but for a quick, late night meal in my room it hit the spot. Very expensive but worth not having to leave the property late at night alone. Definitely a plus being a diamond member and having the $15/person credit.

Clean restaurant attached to the Doubletree by Hilton. Self seating with clean tables. I waited between 10-15 minutes before the server welcomed me and brought me water. The solo server welcomed people that arrived after me first. One big room.
I think it was less about the server and more due to understaffing. I almost left.
Once the server greeted me, service was great. The burger I ordered was good. The server did a good job of making sure I had everything I needed. Once I was done eating, I didn’t have to wait very long for my bill.

Ouch! These prices are brutal. A decent size burger and small serving of fries for $30! Should have been double the fries and a double burger. Or drop the price by $10. Or throw in a cheap appetizer, like two cheese sticks – it would cost you less than a dollar and make your customers think they got something. Just know the cake is $14, small and dry

Traveling alone and staying at the Doubletree Hilton at SeaTac? In the mood for an epic salad and glass of wine? The Seaports Grill’s Roasted Beet and Greens Salad (with garlic shrimp add-on) was epic! Tender beets, crisp greens, creamy goat cheese, crunchy walnuts, and savory shrimp….YUM! Server (Kim) was attentive, friendly, and obviously recognizes a weary traveler when she sees one. Thank you!

Visited Seaports for a beer and light dinner at the bar. This place is great. The draft beer was cold and the roasted beet salad was outstanding. Prices were fair.
Service was excellent. Bartender Robert anticipated every need and was welcoming, professional, and checked in for refills right on time. I left some personal items at the bar and they were held safely for me until I returned.

the menu has a lot of tasty options.
we lucked out and got a quiet corner during a busy time, so the ambiance was relaxing and nice. quality food with reasonable portion sizes, helpful staff (even when they’re slammed). it is a bit more expensive than what’s in the immediate vicinity… which is mostly fast food but if you’ve got a chunk of time between panels it’s a treat.

Was pleased to have a restaurant onsite after arriving to the hotel late. At 9pm or so there were a few groups of people eating. The restaurant was chill and clearly specialized in quality liquors with some highfalutin $15-50 shots of all varieties. My server, Lora, was quick, hospitable, and fun. Ordered a standard Paloma and received the Jose Cuervo $8 version. Also ordered the seared ahi burger but was generally disappointed in it. The grill must not have been hot enough to sear the meat, but instead sort of slowly cooked the exterior. While it was a large chunk of ahi ($28), the fillet wasn’t cut well and I found sinew within the cut, sacrificing the pleasant mouthfeel. The “toasted brioche” bun was airy, didn’t support the weight of the ahi well, and the bottom ended up soppy and unpalatable. However, the Parmesan fries were top notch and boosted the food by a star.
