Wanted to grab a bite to eat and decided to come to this new location with the expectation for it to be higher than the other jacks. It started off with me ordering my food, I got a strong odor of Don Julio coming from the store manager. After paying for my order I ended up seeing the same manager smoking a vape outside and being on her phone and going back to work with no gloves and not washing her hands. She also seemed like she was on something stronger than a vape. Don’t go to any jacks in Visalia period. They’re all ran down and have questionable people running it.

My fiance and I wanted a late night snack on 12/23 it was a little after 10pm when we arrived to the drive thru. My fiance wanted the grilled chicken sandwich combo and substitute the bun that was it. I ordered the gremlins meal box. We get to the window the gentleman tells us our total is 31.78 and we pay and we are then given our card back with our drinks. About 20 minutes goes by and there are now 4 cars behind us and our drinks are half gone. The gentleman comes back to the window frazzled and almost told us to go around but stopped mid sentence and told us never mind. Another 10-15 minutes go by of drinks are almost gone and we are finally handed our food.
We get home and my fiance opens his chicken sandwich and the bun looked like something sat on the sandwich after wrapping it. That’s not even the worst part! The whole sandwich was dipped in sauce like that damn kid that dips his head/food in gallons of sauce and says on God on God. I normally let things go but this was just all around carelessness! I decided to not open my meal wrapped that sandwich back up and drove back immediately. We get back and the same gentleman was working the window. I proceeded to show him the mess they prepared us and there was not one care in this man’s eyes. He had nothing but attitude and didn’t even apologize or wanted to make it right. I requested a full refund. This location is fairly new but where they are located if this continues idk how they are even going to stay open. This owner of this store should re train these employees with food handling and customer service. Let’s just say I lost all trust in this location even if they are a hop skip away from our house.

The food was cold. The fries were cold and the meat in chicken sandwich was also cold. And the meat in the cheeseburger looked like it was reheated because it had cheese on both sides but yet it was also cold. And we had to wait like 10 minutes in the drive thru for all of this cold food.

Today, I had the most horrible experience ever in a Jack in a Box, I went into the establishment and asked to use the restroom , the manager told me I had to order before I use the bathroom. I implied I wanted to use the restroom first. She told me to purchase something first before I used the bathroom. I replied that I needed the restroom first, and then I was to purchase my food. She still didn’t , so I told her to forget about it! Never will I ever come back or purchase anything from this horrible company!
