I’m not one to make reviews but this was the most worst experience I have every had with a fast food place if the knew the names of these two girls I would get them fired or sued they where very disrespectful. First of all while I was trying to order my meal she said “is that all” about 15 times. Also she gave me the wrong blizzard when I asked for a holiday blizzard they did not say there where out like they could have done, because they were but still charged me and instead they gave me poison, I have a peanut allergy and they gave me a peanut blizzard, thank goodness I had an EpiPen. Then I told her it was the wrong thing and she said I know I have it right here and she proceeded to give me the other one I ordered for my son. I then explained it was wrong and she said in a very nasty and rude tone , “I’m sorry do you need to speak with a manger because I’m not one!” I declined and ate my yummy food but they forgot to give me my sauce I payed extra for so I had to go back inside and then she said in a rude tone again “she’s back again!” And this was my first time back because they messed up my order.I don’t recommend coming here and if you do make sure to give them the bird for me!!!

The food was wonderful! We didn’t even need ketchup for the fries they were yummy! My friend had the barbecue chicken strips and said they were great too! Of course my ice cream was excellent!

only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the portion was really small. Not even bigger than a standard size sauce cup, and the chicken was really wet. That being said the flavor was amazing and I really liked it. I definitely recommend this meal because the flavors Poppin.

When I pulled up to the window for my order the female turned someone else’s blizzard upside down. She then gave me a bag, I thought it was my food but it was my blizzard. They had my blizzard already made then showed me someone else’s thats fresh to trick me. When I opened my blizzard it was obvious that it was not fresh.

Pumpkin Pie BLIZZARD tasted like frozen milk with a hint of pumpkin. Cup was mostly pie crust and filled only 3/4. Two orders in a row were terrible!

Lately every time we come here, our food is either messed up or missing things. Tonight was no different. instead of getting us our food right, there was an employee outside cleaning the side of the building with a tooth brush(????) and the other employees standing around pointing at him laughing.
I’m sorry, but I would have quit right there!
That being said, we get home, open out food. no queso for the pretzels, no ranch on the backyard bacon burger, no toast and gravy in our chicken strip box, my sons burger was not supposed to have pickles (it did) the fries were cold and maybe like 10 fries total. this time was definitely the worst experience of all. the employees (teenagers) have no business working the front if they are going to have attitude when someone is ordering.

So this Dairy Queen I haven’t had any major issues with. All my experiences except the last 2 my orders have been right when ordering through the mobile app which is how I order. The restaurant is clean and the workers are nice here. My order is usually ready by the time I get there from Wright City. With that being said my last 2 orders I ordered a triple flamethrower and subsequently both of those two orders I received a double. I didn’t not receive in those two instances what I had actually pay for. The first time this happened I just dismissed it because everyone makes mistakes but 2 times in a row I’m then paying for something I’m not receiving. I don’t know what the price difference is between the double and triple meal but I feel as if I’ve just been donating extra money to Dairy Queen at this point. Other than the last two times I’ve ordered this Dairy Queen has been great since I’ve been going there for the last 5 years and is one of the better fast food restaurants in the Warrenton area.
