Puerto Escondido is a quaint, adorable little restaurant. The food was delicious and the service and people were nice. Absolutely amazing! The portions were large, and at reasonable prices. The kids meal itself was the size of a regular plate! Everything on the menu is in both Spanish and English. Very versatile and delicious. Would definitely recommend.

Such good food! Everything was so fresh and the establishment is very clean and has good ambiance.
We got the pork and chicken tacos. Tasted great and was such good portions for the price. Highly recommend.
They also give free chips and salsa. Salsa is a little spicy but still very yummy.

This place has a high rating for a reason. U have to try it yourself, the authentic Mexican food. I was in the area for work and saw the rating and stopped. It didn’t disappoint. Spicy salsa so be warned

Visited this place recently and the food was surprisingly good. The place seems to be a family business, a couple of women in the kitchen and the man up in the front. They have a nice versatile menu and a few more great options from the specials menu. The place is clean and they have handmade tortillas which is always a win for me! Can’t wait to visit again and try more of their food!

Mom and pop shop. The food was delicious, served piping hot. Portions were generous (mixed platter was tasty and very filling). Staff were friendly and courteous. Venue was well lit, clean and warm despite much colder temps outside.

Freshly home made authentic Mexican food! Friendly family owned, the love to make you feel welcome and the best way you feel welcome is with their food! My friend recommended this restaurant so I decided to give it a try, since my wife and I were already visit many Mexican restaurants in the past we already had some kind of guessing of the food, but food was great and the best was the freshly hand made tortillas, the aunt made them to order, so this is a big deal when you are eating Mexican food, it makes everything else taste delicious! My wife ordered beef soup “ caldo de res” she enjoy it, even more with the fresh made tortillas, I ordered chicken “alambres” which translates to wires, looks like chicken fajitas (strips of chicken, peppers, onions)
I had chicken alambres before (and better) but this one’s were ok. Like I said what makes the difference was the freshly made tortillas. They have many fresh water drinks (natural fruit drinks) also fresh daily made. For you next family gathering you can’t go wrong ordering from them to go, the place is small so if you planing to bring a party of 6 or more you should give them a call before arriving. We highly recommend this place too!
