Came here on Jan 23 2026 around 6:30. Was hesitant coming here based on recent reviews but the staff was great. Probably the best fast food drive thru experience I’ve had in a long time. Definitely a good crew working on this day/time

I have always visited this Wendy’s and loved it, in a wonderful area always had fresh food however there has been staff changes and from the looks of the latest reviews corporate should look into the management allowing this to go on. I visited the drive thru and placed my order, stated after I finished that I have an additional order, the guy said “would’ve been nice to know that to start with”….. huhhh??? Extremely rude, first off I didn’t know when the order began that I would have 2 orders and even if I did, what kind of customer service is being taught here? I left without continuing.

I have been coming to this location with my family over 20 years now . Today was absolutely the best visit and experience we have had here. From the time we walk through the door we was nicely greeted. We was ask constantly as we sat in dine/ in were we okay did we need anything else. We felt like we had an expensive dine in dinner . The young lady by the name Keisha with the red shirt on showed so much care and compassion for me and my family . As she mentioned is only her first week . We are regulars and have never had such kind respectful and friendly service. If we have to define her it would definitely be the best Wendy’s way.We will be returning soon as a whole family Mat 12-14-25

Had pretty awful experience at this store today.
Placed my order in the app at 7:10 PM. Got to the store at 7:13 PM and started waiting at pickup counter – noticing some of my items were already in packing area. At the same time another customer was finishing pretty large order which was placed at 7:15 PM. The manager proceeds to hastily assemble her order completely ignoring my items waiting to be packed. He finishes her order around 7:25-30 PM at which point I politely ask why he got her order done before mine even. He gets very angry and yells at me saying how they are short staffed and he’s working on his day off. There was no reasoning with this inadequate person. I also strongly believe his decision to prioritize another customer over me was racially motivated as they both look Hispanic.
He proceeds to assemble my order but forgets drink first. Then I check order again and notice baked potato missing as well – after bringing it up he manages to find it. On top of that, after leaving the store I find that Cobb salad is missing grilled chicken. So I have incomplete and cold order as burger and other hot items were ready about 20 minutes before I actually got my order.
Not coming back to this store and hope this review gets noticed and this manager is looked into.

I logged into my Gmail account just to write this review to talk about how nasty and horrible. The food is here. The soda has not been changed in months almost a year counting The food is never fresh. The fries are always cold. The nuggets always taste like they’ve been sitting under the light for three days and anytime you ask for fresh food they’ll put your food in the microwave and heat up the box and then give you the food inside the heated box. Horrible, horrible horrible it should be closed, especially for the area that is in despicable the food taste like how they must feel every day at work don’t ever go back to this one he’s ever again I’ve rather drive an extra 15 minutes then the waste of my time ever again coming here

I had a great experience at this Wendy’s on 3/31/25. The staff was really friendly, and I’m assuming the person who took my order was the manager (Davion) because they went out of their way to make sure I was good throughout my visit. I really appreciated that extra level of service!
I got the Saucy Nuggets in Spicy Garlic Parmesan and Honey BBQ, and they were absolutely delicious! The flavors were bold and well-balanced—I definitely recommend them.

Dustin -the dining room service alone with the two wonderful women working together up front were absolutely amazing. Melted my mom and dad heart the way the young lady working the front and at the same time caring for the other employee she is teaching and working with in the lobby . My father gave her a tip and we hug them both. What a wonderful great experience we just shared with two of Andy’s amazing great customers service workers. We will be returning very soon.

Lull in the day local Wendy’s here in Charlotte off Park rd. Couple months ago we stopped off the interstate near Durham and Wendy’s was fire and fresh. Thought about that experience when we went to this local. I guess interstate Wendy’s set the bar in quality too high? Food was just regular here, not as fresh. However, young brother at the window handing out the food, was really nice young man. At end of transaction he simply said “God bless you”. That verbal touch point went further than the food. Good kid.

February 2026. Got news that breakfast will be removed by the end of this Saturday February 14th. (Maybe earlier) Sad to see that go. It was a really good run. Thank you very much for serving breakfast for the past YEARS! We will all miss it for sure. I’ll try to return for lunch. Still the perfect Wendy’s in Charlotte NC.
