Went in to get a sub with my son and Andres R. was working. He was the most polite and respectful employee I have ever met at a Subway. My son who is 10 ordered his sub amd Andres talked to him and had a conversation while making his sub. He went above and beyond to make my son have a great experience.

I came in today, 30 Mar 2025, around 5:40 pm. The store was clean and tidy, and the employee was very nice. I ordered a turkey sandwich. It was fine, but I feel you should emphasize food safety practices because I noticed chipotle sauce (not one of the sauces on my order) from a dirty knife being used to fold & cut my sub. I wouldn’t have minded waiting the extra moment to go rinse the knife.

I had the utmost pleasure and meeting Mr Yancey yesterday at this subway. I was against even going because the other subway experiences I’ve had lately were horrible but I told myself to try this establishment out and I am glad I did. From the time I walked in there to the time I walked out, it was the best customer experience ever. Mr. Yancey was very nice, engaged us the entire time, and prepared very nice sandwiches. I enjoyed my meal and the atmosphere he created. Very nice young man and knew his way around the sub station very well.

I was not pleased with this subway. I came in and there was only one person working. She was only working on online orders and told me I had to wait a while. I usually don’t mind waiting, but 40 minutes? 3 people had walked in and left after 10ish minutes because they weren’t gonna wait any longer. The only reason why I stayed was because I was meeting some friends there and they had ordered online. Even ordering online, they still had to wait a good 30 minutes. While I’m not necessarily upset with the lady who was working here, I was more upset with the fact that they have only one person scheduled if it’s that busy. They should at least have 2 people in!

The night manager had us standing there while she continued on with her conversation as the sandwich artist was obiously patiently waiting for her to sign out of the computer to cash us out.
Poor customer service, but I guess since we are black and she is the manager that we had to wait. The sandwich artist did great, but the management was very unprofessional. It’s customers first no matter their race. Wont recommend coming while she’s on shift. She might make you wait until she finishes her conversation.

Was at store. People ahead used coupon, and I was denied the use of coupon.. what’s the deal…they mail out coupons and then don’t honor them.. this was only reason to go back to subway to enjoy subs at original prices vs over inflated pricing..
