Today has been my 3rd time in about two weeks that I have been told they are “out of wings” AFTER ordering them ahead of time and going to pick them up at a reasonable time of the evening. This is getting out of hand. When you guys are ordering stock, please ensure you’re ordering enough to last until the next time you guys get a shipment in. Also PLEASE DO NOT list your wings as being available via mobile order if you are actually out of them, getting people’s hopes up.

Twice my son has ordered a stuffed crust pizza, once he paid for it, and got a regular pizza and just kept it. That’s about $5 difference in price. The second time he ordered one, tonight, he got it and looked at it, it was a burned regular pizza. When he told them he ordered a stuffed crust and got a regular, they told him they don’t have them any more. His receipt had a stuffed crust listed and a price of $11.00 and something. Also the sticker on top said stuffed crust. I just called there right then and the girl who answered said yes, they do have stuffed crust so what is going on up there? Are you all lying to people and then serving the wrong pizza on purpose? Do you even know if you HAVE a stuffed crust pizza? Are there idiots working there or is management telling them to lie to people? Someone needs to fix this!

I bought the crazy puffs and wings. Got home with them and opened the box of crazy puffs, an adult roach crawled out. They were kept in the hot and ready warmer in the middle. Needless to say, I threw all of it in the garbage. I went back to speak with the manager, and he wasn’t nice at all about it. No apology, no offer to refund nothing! Total waste of money to buy food to just throw in the trash. He was rather rude to me. I can say for sure I will not be back in this place again!!! Ain’t nobody wants to be eating anything a nasty cockroach crawled all over and left droppings. UGH! PUKE!

The food is amazing as long as it’s cooked throughly. I like everything I eat made well done. And even if I request my food to be cooked well done, it still always seems like it should have baked just a little bit longer. The service is okay depending on those working. And the atmosphere could use some improving along with the customer service. The workers could be more polite and act like they’re actually happy to be of assistance to someone, greeting you with a smile on their face and a warm welcome. Instead of looking at you like “ewww gross, go away i hate my job” type of ishh. When you go to a place of business and get treated unfairly and downright disgraceful it kind of makes you never want to step foot back into that place. Food is great, everything else needs some major improving.

Ordered online like 10 minutes after 9. Went to McDonald’s to get someone else’s food then to little Cesar’s. Husband went in because the app said it hadn’t been made 30 minutes after we ordered. He was told they weren’t doing special pizzas.. had correct ingredients but I ordered a stuffed crust deep dish and just got a deep dish

Normal Saturday evening, pulled up, ordered, had to wait for 18 minutes as my “hot & ready” pepperoni was being prepared. Along with 6 more cars orders that where pulled. I can prepare a frozen pizza in 18 minutes. Come on man!

We sat in the drive thru for 5mins and they said they would be right with us and it was another 5 mins. So we left. This wasn’t the only time we had a problem with them. The bread sticks have been either burnt or doughy. Haven’t been getting the bread sticks in a couple of months.
