Well to start the review I was there when they first opened up at this location. Let’s just say it was not a good review for me. They have improved on their tortillas. They don’t look like white disc anymore. They actually look like a tortilla. The eggs were dried out and had no taste, and I wasn’t aware that I’d be charged $2 to add beans. Who charges $2 for beans. I’m from the valley in Texas where Laredo is two towns away from us and it started. This is my staple. When I go to Texas every morning I drive the golf cart to one of two locations. And I get the same great food. Same great taste. Again, I have to tell the owner. I hope you’re reading these do better be better. This is Chicago where the food porn capital of the world. We can’t get a simple Taco to taste like anything. Overall. Another poor review for them. The service was very attentive that they did change. But how do you not have any flavor in eggs. Maybe cuz they were sitting out there. Dried up. And how does the beans and eggs take away from the bacon? Taste completely blows my mind. Bacon makes everything better but not these tacos. It’s been a year and a half and after this one I don’t believe I’ll be back at all. Until I go back down to Texas. Not good Laredo tacos. I can go over the bridge. Get a $2 Taco with some real taste in it. Which is what I did. I bought two of them at Laredo and I ate a half. Hopefully my dog will eat the other one and a half. On top of paying $8 for them. Yeah, not worth it. Don’t know what else to say at a loss of words again from this place.

Employees absolutely Disrespectful, Foods terrible, On top of that cashier got my daughters order wrong I had to wait in a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT LINE the lady even tried to up-charge for a sample after all this I didn’t even want it anymore then she tried to lower the price after I said No and it says free on the sign. Just Ridiculous

Waited 20 minutes, all 3 employees were in the back. Kept saying helloooo and nothing. Got a pizza instead. Terrible customer service. Doubt it’s a race thing, but definitely poor management. NOTHING is covered. So for the employees to be gone more than 20 minute questions if I would even go back. I’d replace this place with a subway or any thing else if I was speedway. Waste of time for my lunch hr.

Very rude girl working in kitchen today July 30 11 am! Without doing anything but trying to place my 1 beef taco she started yelling at me to one second and when I told her I don’t want to order then she started saying how can I help!!! If u don’t like ir job leave because people don’t like to be treated with bad attitude for simply trying to purchase what u r selling!!!! These guys are open to sell bad attitude not food! I dont have time for that

I went in to this place for food today it was around 6pm the young girl working had a nasty attitude the half of chicken had been out since 1030 this morning I asked for a discount she said her manager told her to say no … then when I said I only wanted the chicken she charged me for the plate!!! She didn’t have on a name tag when I asked for her name she said she didn’t have to give her name!!!! The chicken was cold !!!! If I didn’t have to leave at least one star to leave a review I wouldn’t WITH AN ATTITUDE THAT NASTY I WONDER HOW CLEAN DO THEY KEEP THE PLACE!!!

Food looked good but the emplyees made the experience bad. I was waiting for maybe 10 minutes and three other customers came and left because the employees where in the back and no one came out. One of them saw us and he acted like he didn’t see us. Might try again in the future.

Been here plenty times always good food but I see all that give bad reviews good thing is that you can actually go into their profile and look at what they review other places and by the looks it better for all of you to cook at home instead of giving bad reviews just because you stalked that chicken for almost 8 hours and dint get it for a discount or free don’t give you the right to give it a bad review cause I bet if you would of got free you wouldn’t of cared if that chicken was spoiled you would if eat it.
