My son, husband, and I walked in and immediately noticed a stack of dirty dishes. We walked further into the restaurant and noticed a giant, uncut rice krispy treat sitting out. We stood at the register for a few minutes before we decided to seat our son while someone came to help us. We looked at all of the tables and they were all filthy. After the dirty dishes, lack of care at the location of open, uncovered food, and the filthy tables, we decided the preparation must not be hygienic. We left. You lost three customers because the restaurant looked absolutely unsanitary. As we were leaving, we noticed there was only one person in the back. Please hire additional people to ensure the location stays clean. I will likely never attempt eating here again.

The other reviews are correct about this location having extremely poor management and service. Like others, the door was locked when we arrived in the middle of the day and multiple customers were standing outside. 3 different people had to call the store before the midshift manager screamed at an employee to let people inside. When the food finally came, the order was completely incorrect – a totally different type of noodle, no sauce, and the protein was wrong. The manager/owner didn’t care that his team routinely makes orders incorrectly or that the door was locked and no one could get into the store in the middle of the day. Save your money and go elsewhere.

THIS PLACE IS A CONSTANT ISSUE. I have ordered from this place at least a dozen times and I have never had a restaurant screw up so many orders so often, 9 out of 10 times my order is either missing important ingredients or is entirely different from what I paid for. I cannot believe it, this has been going on for MONTHS, they should either close down or hire an entirely different crew. Included is mine and my girlfriend’s Shrimp Scampi, missing the red tomatoes, herbs, seasoning, and Parmesan crusted chicken.

After reading other reviews, it appears that this location lacks competent management. The workers seemed genuinely caring, but our food was eventually thrown out. Our noodles were soaked in sauce with no cabbage or cucumber or spinach or layers of flavor. We thought we would at least enjoy our potstickers, but unfortunately they still had frozen spots in them. One of the most disappointing meals we have ever had – anywhere.

BOWLS NOT MICROWAVE SAFE! Me and my girlfriend ordered DoorDash from this location and she warmed up here food, to the find black melted plastic on her hands and around her mouth 3/4 the way into eating her food. The To-Go style bowls are advertised as easy and safe to warm up, but clearly not. Incredibly furious especially because when I called to address this issue, the ignored me once, then hung up on me the second time two rings in. PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

I’ve been a customer of Noodles and Company since 2018. I used to work around Valley River Center and would go for lunch multiple times a week for years. For the most part the food was very consistent. Tonight I ordered through Door Dash. The order was not acceptable. After Door Dash denied anything was wrong and told me to kick rocks I took my food into the location. Aaron, the owner, went above and beyond to make it right. He was in a tough situation because I ordered through a 3rd party, and they were out of ingredients to remake the order. He could not offer me a refund, but we figured out a solution. I could tell he truly cared about my negative experience and my loyalty to his business.

Fairly ordinary food, no crowd. I’m well and truly over being asked for a tip before any service has been provided, and the service provided consisted of my name being called out to collect order at the counter. Tipping culture has simply become a corporate shakedown

Stopped in here yesterday and tried the chili garlic ramen. There was no red cabbage, as shown in the marketing photo. Spinach is a weird ingredient in a ramen bowl and it doesn’t work well. The sauce was also very bland.
Its about on-par with the usual bowls from this place. Most of the asian style taste similar, and in a sort of “got this out of a frozen dinner” way.
I do enjoy their garlic bread and the traditional spaghetti, but the asian inspired stuff sucks.
Noodles and Company is an alright place to eat if you’re used to bland or unauthentic flavors consistent with frozen dinners, but if you want good asian/italian this is not the place.

This was a terrible experience. The main door of the establishment was locked, my to go order took a minimum of 30 minutes to be ready, the food was cold with small portions and was overpriced. Kraft mac and cheese is better quality than the mac and cheese I received from this restaurant. Will not be coming back ever.
