I always down to get a smoothie. I’ve never had an issue with ordering on the app or in person. It’s always been clean with I go. Sometimes you have two workers. I think the longest I’ve waited was maybe 5 to 6 minutes. No longer than 10 minutes. I love the app. The $2 always comes in handy when you let them stack up . I love the strawberry kiwi breeze, pineapple surf and even the watermelon one.

This is by far the slowest smoothie king I have ever been too. Absolutely none of the employees move with urgency. I waited In the drive through for over 25 minutes. This is not the first time either. I came To say this the staff needs to move at a faster pace.

The customer service is exceptional! It smells really good when you walk in! So bright and refreshing! The strawberry guava refresher was pretty good! They distributed coupons all around the city so that people could partake in these delicious smoothies!

Horrible customer service. Not only are they slow, but each time I’ve come here, I’m genuinely surprised by the audacity of the young girls that work here who gossip about and make fun of customers that are ordering food in their drive-thru and make them feel stupid. It has happened at least 3-4 times and it’s disgusting. There is no respect for the customers who are fueling this business. I’d give it zero stars if possible and I typically leave good reviews. The management at this Smoothie King has severely dropped the ball. Avoid this location.

Need more staff for drive-thru. It prolongs wait time and efficiency to have the same person taking orders and making them in drive- thru on weekends. I sat for 10 minutes just to order and sat again for 10 minutes to pay for my order and waited again to receive it. Due to the negligent staffing accommodations of this location, I won’t be returning back at all.

I went to this smoothie king not too long ago, and it’s safe to say; this is the best smoothie king I have ever been to. The Caribbean way smoothie was amazing, and I would highly recommend it. The service was superb, and the atmosphere was incredibly positive with a great choice in music. 10/10, would recommend with fervor to anyone that is a smoothie fanatic.

Kayla was super nice to me. Helped me pick which smoothie would best suit the taste I was looking for and also help with my weight gain. Gave me additional recommendations too! Gracie was also very fast and helpful, she came outside with a lot of energy. Definitely will be back!

Smoothie king came to Villa rica library for a teen event. I enjoyed the smoothies and the interactive experience making the smoothies with friends! It was a very nice activity and the two people teaching us about the process were very friendly and gentle individuals!

TERRIBLE SERVICE
I’m really happy that this shop has a drive thru, it’s really convenient and I haven’t seen this at a Smoothie King before.
However, during my visit, I get to the screen to order. No one says anything. I wait for a minute or so, I look around to see if they may be closed. All of a sudden on the speaker, the employee says, “order when you’re ready”. Didn’t say high or even say welcome.
Got to the window, no smile at all. Surprisingly, she says hi. I say hello, how are you. She didn’t even respond. I didn’t see a name tag but she had a couple piercings in her nose I won’t come back here. I’d rather drive to a different one.
