Sebastian & his wife were awesome for our daughters 9th birthday party! Everyone enjoyed the food, especially the shrimp ceviche & chimichurri bowls. And quite a few people said it was the best Mac and cheese they’ve ever had.
They were also very accommodating and I would recommend them to anyone looking to have great food without stress. We will be using them for all our future parties!

Came by on a Sunday to LauderAle and the Glow Bowl food truck was parked out in their terrace. We ordered both the tacos and a bowl veggie style. Both were excellent and full of flavor. The added bonus is it was clean eating which is a nice departure from the typical greasy offerings at breweries. The chef and owner is very friendly and accommodating, Fresh and delicious menu. 10/10 !

Omg the food is so good. We hired Glow Bowl (Sebastien) for my wife’s 50th birthday that we celebrated at LauderAle and it was incredible. So many of our 70 guests commented on how great the food was. Since then they have catered our Christmas party and we have visited them at their various food truck event locations like at Volunteer Park in sunrise. We will use them again for sure. So Good.
