I had one of the best experiences at this Guthries earlier today 6/15/25. The lady who took my order was so kind and thoughtful. She even gave my daughter some stickers which she loved. The food was delicious and exactly what I ordered. Very refreshing to be met with such courteous and polite people in a fast food restaurant! That sweet girl needs a raise ASAP

My friend had to have ACL surgery in Birmingham, and we had been in the hospital all day. We didn’t get back in to Tuscaloosa until about 5 minutes til 10 pm and they close at 10. The ladies working were so nice and understanding about making our food. We apologized because we all know how that feels. Thank you, Guthries of Northport for you exceptional and very ki d service!
