My reason for two stars is the burger patties. The first flavor was oil/grease. Not meat. That took away from a good experience. The manager asked how we liked it but for the sake of ruining anyone else’s experience i just said it was good however it was not a good burger. It could have been if they used better quality meat. The fries were on the other hand great, and the soda i enjoyed. Unless i hear if any meat upgrades i wont be going back. Theres plenty of other places to eat with poor quality foods and the experience isn’t worth the misery. I wanted to love this place

Have been here a few times prior to their re-opening and they are still killing it. Well-seasoned burgers, great chicken sandwiches, and tasty crispy fries. All food is made to order which is much appreciated. Had their limited time sweet and spicy melt today with seasoned fries and it was delicious! Have not had a bad experience here and will continue to come back. Glad they are back open!

I brought my beautiful young boy to eat the delicious Cajun double burger. He loved it so much. We had to come back again and try the hotdog and chicken bacon ranch bowl with lettuce yummy

This is the best place to eat when my family decides to have dinner in Yuba city. They make their food fresh within minutes of you ordering. The customer service is amazing. Very friendly staff and very helpful. The Cheeeesy burger and bacon cheese fries are so good.

I heard this place was the best spot to go, to get a real juicy burger in town. I ordered the Sweet Double Bacon Burger (I added lettuce to mine). Omg this burger was juicy, FRESH and absolutely delicious! I love the sweet mustard sauce (that’s wasn’t to heavy) and strips of bacon. Instead of fries, I ordered a regular side of cheese curds and they did not disappoint! I love the atmosphere inside and it’s CLEAN. I will definitely be returning to try their chicken burgers next with a shake. They have a Chocolate Brownie shake and Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake that looks mouth watering. Let’s not forget, the girl up front was attentive and super friendly.

Great burgers with outstanding customer service. We were looking to try a new burger and shake spot and we’re definitely not disappointed when we found Wayback Burgers. The burgers are hot, juicy and cooked to perfection. The onion rings are on point. The shakes are definitely something to return for. The pricing is appropriate for the quality and amount of food given. The service was very friendly and they even thanked us on the way out. In a world where customer service is lacking, it certainly is not at Wayback Burger. Definitely recommended!

Love there Burgers! But very disappointed. The first four or five times we ordered we went through DoorDash. And the food was hot. And delicious. And they kept prompting us to Susie the App. Which I finally did. The last four deliveries which have all been orders on the app. The food has been delivered cold and taken almost an hour to arrive. Fortunately, their burgers are so awesome they were good even cold. Last night the delivery driver tried to make excuses immediately upon entering my gate. When I got in the house, I was disappointed to find our food cold. We are not unfit or overweight by any means. But we order approximately 7 to 8 times a month lately. Very disappointed in the app. Will give it one more try tonight. Saturday, October 12.
Update 10-18-25; Wayback stepped up big time and made this right. The last few deliveries have been less than 15 minutes. And the food was hot and awesome. I love their burgers. And I’m so happy they resolved it. Planning on ordering again tonight.

Pros: The restaurant was clean, service was good and the food came fast. The burgers were juicy and had a good texture.
Cons: It is quite expensive for an order at the counter kind of place. I get most things are but at 15-20 a person it was a little steep. The burgers were cooked great but not a ton of taste.
