This Pizza Hut location is probably one of our favorite locations of this brand name. It’s a small pick/up and delivery location with no indoor seating. You can go inside and wait for your order as there are a couple chairs to sit and wait for your food. But it’s not a dine-in location. They have some new cheap offerings for lunch time for $7 and it’s totally worth the price!

Germantown hills pizza hut is excellent!! Food is always fresh, on-time, employees are friendly and kind. I met the manager that was on duty and she is super sweet, friendly, and knows how to talk to others with respect. I highly recommend germantown hills pizza hut for my go to food. As for the food it’s tasty and always fresh. Pizzas are never hard. I’ve read. Most of the reviews here and I needed to give mine. 10/10 5 stars. Keep up the great work germantown hills pizza hut!!!

Most of the time I love ordering from this exact place. The people are amazing most of the time, food is always good but tonight I had a terrible experience with the night female manager. At first I ordered on the app for delivery and she called and said “ the dasher refused to deliver”. I then tried saying I could just come pick it up and she said no that she would have to cancel the order and give me in store credit. I should have gotten a refund but I said whatever and order a carry out order and went to pick it up she then said that she didn’t have another order. I had the charges she said that I could place an order and use store credit but still have to pay because I would be getting free food. I payed for the order already and didn’t get a refund it wouldn’t be free I already paid for it this is ridiculous. She just didn’t want to make the food this was hours before closing. I do not recommend going or ordering there at night

Honestly, awful. They didnt have all the items I ordered. When i asked for a refund on them, Tara, rudely told me they dont do refunds at all. How can you charge someone and not even have the item and on top of it be incredibly rude. Deserves a 0/5.

I’ve gotten pizza there recently and it’s a HUGE upgrade from two years ago. Like huge. Whoever is there now is top notch. I just went in to pick up my carry out and the people inside were so personable and sweet. Not only that my pizza is bombbbbb. Oh it’s so good. They rock. Pizza Hut has upped prices and I don’t love it, but I’m down to pay so.oky for the service and how much better they cook my pizzas now. GREAT JOB YALL ROCK.

I once gave this Pizza Hut a 1 Star Review due to a manager. I can’t compliment how much Jerome the new manager has changed the team around, changed service as a customer. He shows tons of respect and in turn you have a ton of respect for him and his team. This is the kind of man Pizza Hut should get in some program, make a GM or more. He took a 1 Star Store and made it a 5 Star store. I really came to thank them for looking out and making sure I got my pizza. I saw my old comment, my old 1 Star Review and had to change it. Idk if it’s spelled Jerome or Gerome but I can’t say enough good things about him and the staff he built. Again, Just a complete 180 in service. 5 Stars Pizza Hut
