This location has gone downhill in the past few months. No longer do double points Mondays, and they skimp out on the meat now. Never going here again. I’d advise everyone to go to the location on University and Goldenrod. Much better service there, and they do double points Mondays.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I am a frequent customer bc I work at local drs office and I got a giant philly cheesesteak and it was literally worst ever sloppy and just disgusting
I called and complained after paying $19 for it and he says well try to do better nexttime
THERE WONT BE A NEXT TIME!

I never have any problems ordering from any other Jersey Mikes location. I tried ordering a delivery from them through Ubereats. Waited forever.. Had 3 drivers show up to the place, which I asked my last driver for an update, only to be told that they gave away my order & they didn’t even bother to make it again for me.. -_- do better for real.

Check your bags people if you ordered your food online. I ordered a meal with a bag of Plain Lays chip. Since the bag was closed with a sticker, I assumed everything was present, that’s my bad, but it doesn’t change how pissed I am that paid for something I didn’t get.

I arrived shortly after they opened. I got the mini Italian on their parmesan roll, doctored up with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes and peppers. I also added the drink and chips to my meal.
Well, for such a deceivingly small looking sub, I was perfectly stuffed! It was delicious!!
There are tables and chairs to eat at inside and outside on the walk.
I’ve eaten at Jersey Mike’s before, but not this one. I am very pleased to say that it was just as great as the other place.
Next time I’m on this side of town, I’ll be making this a must on my list!!

Okay, the food here is great, and I would have given it 5 stars, however after the first visit where I was completely impressed, I was less then impressed the second time. I would have given it 3 stars but the first time I came in they were so amazing they made up for the experience. The store is clean and all and the food was good too. The service is either “meh okay!” or “Amazing!” If you are okay with that range this is your place.

Never bothered to write a bad review but IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR TIME – you should go somewhere else. We are all busy and ordering online prior for a pick up can be an effective way to save time. Long story short it took me 50 plus minutes to get my two subs. FIFTY. Placed order and showed up 20 minutes later (per the apps prompting) to be told “we are working on it”. Which meant all that had happened was ticket printed out. I could tell they were just servicing the in-store line and letting pick-ups sit. So I decided to run a few close errands as I could see nothing was happening soon.
I gave them another 20 minutes. Returned to find many of the same to-go patrons still waiting, and my subs sitting half made. Some slight progress. After watching my food sit there as they serviced another roughly 12 in-store customers I asked when mine were going to get finished? I was met with severe attitude and what I could then tell was a “pay no mind” stance as my order continued to sit and get skipped. I told them I was at 50 minutes of waiting but that just seemed to annoy the employee.
Jersey Mike’s Winter Park only had three people working at a lunch time which seems pretty understaffed. However long it takes to make a sub, so be it, but just say an honest time and let the customer decide. And PLEASE just make orders in the order they come in. Certainly that isn’t a controversial request? Why SCREW OVER customers who pre ordered? That is so clearly what this location has taught their employees to do. I witnessed easily 8 disgruntled pick-up customers in the same boat.
Will most definitely be removing Jersey Mike’s from future patronage.
