I’ve heard KFC has gone downhill over the past 10 years and was hesitant to give it a shot. But I ordered a bucket of “extra crispy” style chicken and loved it. It’s fast food chicken so obviously keep your expectations in check… but the fries, sammich, and chicken I got were surprisingly good considering the reviews this place (and KFC in general) has. $10 for 8 pieces on Tuesday? Can’t get much better than that. I recommend the comeback sauce and gravy to elevate your chicken. Way to go staff, keep this up.
But Beware, the bottom the chicken may be soft and mushy, might just be the way they prep and season it.

At 1155 am I ordered a meal before going to work. I specifically asked for fresh hot food more than once because Maria was rushing but she couldn’t understand what I was asking for. I get my order it’s not only not fresh it’s cold and un cooked in the middle. I call to talk someone and Maria answered the phone I asked for a manger and she hangs up I call back 8 times no answer. When I finally got an answer a male answered I immediately asked for a manager he says hold on and he hangs the phone up as well. I continue to call and then finally Maria answered again. I told her it is very rude for her to hang up and instead of trying to hear my complaint I hadn’t even told them what the problem was yet instead of her answering me she says I’m so sorry we’re just busy I said, but that’s not the way you handle Customers even if you’re busy you should take the time to listen to what I want so I explain to her that I asked to make sure that my food was fresh and now my food is not fresh is not hot. It is not cooked well in the middle and I told her it was too late. I cannot come back. I’m on my way to work and she continues to get rude with me rude with me. I told her never mind I just wanna refund. I don’t even want to the food anymore And I can’t come back right now cause I have to go to work. She continues to tell me how I can’t get a refund because I’m I have to come back and bring the food that was very rude and kept over talking me. Wouldn’t even let me get a word in as wise. I’ve been eating at KFC for years and this is the worst KFC ever

Clean and cozy place to go. Not crowded so visitors may have enough time to stay. Items are various as promoted as advertised but mediocre quality especially fried chickens. Good thing is good size compared to price.

Nobody to wait on us so used the keosk in front of the counter. Finally figured it out lm, ordered and sat down. 5 minutes later an employee asked if we had paid for it and we said no . There wasn’t any place to on the machine.

Either drive thru microphone doesn’t work or the guy working the drive thru does not have a grasp of language. Left before even finishing order. Went to chicken express down the road and had zero issues.

Ordered food for the family. We left and realized they didn’t give us some of the extras we ordered. Called them up and they apologized for the mistake and said we could come get the extras if that worked for us. We went back and they gave us what we ordered. They also included some free dessert. We love this KFC/Taco Bell. Always have had good service and good food.
