Save your gut from turmoil and eat somewhere else. They don’t accept paper coupons, the staff is unfriendly, once recently I stopped for dinner at 5 and they were closed. The hallway is dirty, parking lot sucks and the food made me sick

Claims they don’t accept coupons on anything expect build your owns, they said it states it on the coupons which clearly it doesn’t. Any other subway around gladly takes them with no exceptions other than what coupons says. Which clearly the coupon does not state only on build your own subs poor attitude and customer service, don’t recommend going.

I stopped at this Subway location yesterday after moving all day. Wow!!! It was so clean, well organized. The gentleman that waited on me and created a beautiful sandwich was so nice. I would love to challenge all the other Subway locations to run their shops like this one. Again, extremely clean and all fresh veggies. No wilted, slimy veggies here. Stop in and see for yourself.

We ordered 2 subs. One was ordered with 50% more meat (extra $2 charge). The were made by 2 different employees. When we got home, discovered no extra meat–both had the exact same slices of lunchmeat per sub. Called to complain–told we would have to bring sub back to store (>20 min drive) and then they would determine if it had enough meat. Also asked for dressing & pickles on the side for both. pickles given for only one. Container of dressing put in bag open–what a mess!! I will pick a different subway next time.

The servers weren’t the greatest couldn’t really understand them. Ordered my food on the app for pick up went in got my food came home sat down I got mine the ultimate bmt ate it I’ve had better….. my aunt got hers a chicken bacon ranch and the meat didn’t taste right I called to the store and I tried to tell the guy the meat didn’t taste right and he said “meat is good” and kept repeating himself so I hung up waited a few minutes called back and told them it needed replaced it didn’t taste right so he told me bring sub back to store and he’ll remake it… I took it back he looked at sub smelled it then said to me ” no one else complain about my meat only you. Your crazy it’s good.” Then threw it away and went and remade sub. I left the store and will never return to that store I’ll stick to the one by little ceasers.

We always go to this subway, they always make the subs the best out of the ones we’ve gone to in town! Today I went in with my baby in my arm & the lady working asked for somebody to grab me a drink carrier for my 2 drinks and then the guy working offered to help me carry the drinks out to the car which was very nice & I feel like you don’t see that much anymore!
