Update November 2025: We’ve been back a couple times since it opened, and it’s continued to be a great experience! They’ve never skimped on our portions, and the quality has remained good. Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from, honestly.
1. The food was cold, uncovered, dry, and mostly tasteless and way over priced
2. While we tried to order one of the workers was talking so loud to the cook who was letting her grill smoke and burn leftovers on it that the guy taking our order couldn’t hear us and we couldn’t hear him. Not only did they not tell the employee to be quiet he got louder as we advanced down the line.
3. The floor was dirty. Food all over. 6 spots I counted with large pieces. I can see the rats and mice having a field day here.
4. The bathroom was unimpressive. For a new place it was already dirty and you can see not long from now they will be disgustingly filthy
5. They would rather stand around (I think 7 of them) and talk loudly rather than clean the place up. We were there 30 min and only as we were leaving did someone start to clean. I watched the cook try to learn how to remove all the burnt food from the grill. That was funny. Good thing those are tough but I doubt it will last long.
6. As you can see in the picture. The excessive amount of water in the rag. Didn’t lift anything up or out of the way. Just wiped around hitting the straws getting them wet with a dirty rag and then running it over the edge of the clean unwrapped silverware you use to eat your food. Might want to bring your own.
7. Before he wiped down that area it was disgusting and the floor was worse but no one tried to clean it until almost closing time.
8. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 20yrs. If this place doesn’t fail FDA checks then someone is paying someone.
9. Chips and queso is a joke.
Overall. Overpriced dirty and not impressive. Stay away. Your rolling the dice wether you get sick or not
Today, it was the only reason why I left the house. I drove across town just for my burrito. They told me there was an issue with their bank, that they couldn’t take cash. They offered to take my $20 with no change, then when I asked the manager to cop me because it’s not my issue they aren’t able to take cash, even explaining it was the only reason why I left the house and that I just drove across town in the snow, she wouldn’t caught me the breed of after they already made it.
Do better. I’m so turned off right now, I don’t know that I’ll be back.
Was unable to resolve the issue with the online AI chatbot, got no response from corporate via email.
Thankfully was able to get a refund by calling the number listed here, which *isn’t* the local restaurant, it’s for corporate.
The very nice offshore agent was able to credit my entire purchase.
Will not return to this location. Still hungry, we went to Panda instead.
I asked to speak to a supervisor and let her know, and we chose not to eat there because of what I observed. The other two employees were changing their gloves properly, so this seems like an individual training or enforcement issue.
Food safety is non-negotiable. I hope management addresses this.
