Found this restaurant on Yelp and absolutely loved it. I’m a big fan of brisket noodle soup and 1) the broth was spot on in terms of taste 2) possibly the freshest noodles I’ve ever had. The chicken was extremely moist for white meat and the chili/peanut sauces were a great addition. Definitely going back to try other dishes, I get the feeling everything is delish. Located near Target at Eastern/Silverado.

We stopped by Master Noodle in Henderson and kept things classic with the beef noodle soup. The beef was properly tender—none of that jaw-workout nonsense—and the broth was rich, savoury, and clearly knew what it was doing. They mentioned the noodles were house-made; I’ll be honest, I wasn’t entirely convinced, but even so, they did the job well enough and didn’t detract from the bowl. Still very enjoyable.
We also ordered the chilli wontons, which were quite nice—good flavour, pleasant heat, and no unpleasant surprises. Always a win.
The atmosphere was perfectly fine, though I could do without the obligatory Chinese pop music blaring in the background. It always feels a bit like someone ticking an “authenticity” box. Personally, I don’t need a soundtrack to tell me the food is legitimate. If the food is good—and here, it is—that should be doing the heavy lifting.
All in all, solid food, comforting bowls, and a place I’d happily return to. Just let the noodles speak for themselves… they’re more convincing than the playlist.

We recently dined at this Asian restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! We tried the soup dumplings, potstickers, fried shrimp tempura, and the special noodles, and everything was absolutely delicious! The flavors were authentic, and the presentation was beautiful. Plus, we were amazed to see them making their own noodles right in front of us! such a cool experience! The staff was friendly and attentive, making our dining experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great meal!

My husband and I finally had a chance to have lunch at Noodle Master! We have been wanting to try this place since they opened a few months ago. We ordered the Spicy Beef Brisket Noodles with Knife-Shaved Noodles $14.50 and House Special Chow Mein with Hand Pulled Noodles $13.99. The Spicy Beef Brisket was good, but not great. The beef was tender and the broth was tasty but we’ve had better, tastier Spicy Beef Brisket Noodle Soup at other places. The House Special Chow Mein was a bit disappointing. The shrimp was small, the ham looked like proceed meat cut into cubes, old celery and small. Over all, small portion for the price. The tempura shrimp was ok, again… small. The waiter was very attentive and the place is clean. The noodles are also hand made in the front so you can watch.

Absolutely loved everything. Had to take an extra chili oil home because it tastes so good. If I were to recommend anything, it has to be the brisket beef noodles. Made fresh, tastes fresh and has a small but comfortable atmosphere

Wow the spicy brisket and pulled noodle was very spicy five alarm, but very good. The owner came out and gave us a sample of his new chicken wing dish. Nicely done well cooked with a sprinkle of spice on the side. Definitely something to try out.

Wow! This is the first time I had good dan dan noodles in Vegas. Most of the time it is 80% oil and extremely salty. This was a well put together sauce with a balanced flavor profile. The noodles were the right texture- stretchy & soft but not mushy. Their spicy wontons were also flavorful and delicious.
The young men working looked like they were high school or college age. They were kind, professional, and respectful. That’s refreshing!
I can’t wait to go back and try more!

The noodles were great. I got the dan Dan sauce noodles, and they were Ma La. Also got pancake which was delicious. 老外 approved!
