That Cali girl made my family’s sandwiches and she did not disappoint. She was very friendly and made ordering a breeze!! Highly recommend because the employee girl made sure I got exactly what I wanted and the veggies were crisp and delicious and that was the best subway sandwich I’ve had in years. Hands down AMAZING!!! Store is clean and staff is friendly and welcoming. I feel like I matter and am not “just a customer”

Ordered a breakfast sandwich and they try charging me full price for a build your own sandwich and it’s happened more than once. Makes me wonder how many times they have done that to other customers. Servers argued with me about what I ordered when I told them right from the start That it was a breakfast sandwich. I did not end up buying the sandwich. I told them to keep it I ain’t paying for it because that wasn’t what I ordered. 3/12/25. Extremely poor customer service.

Kaylin is the best. She was so professional and made our subs look just like the pictures. Every time we have come here our subs were so messy and just thrown together. Kaylin took her time and looked to take pride in what she was doing. And we were very pleased with the way she was making them. Anytime you come to this location ask for her to make your sub and she will do it to where it doesn’t make a mess and looks good just like the picture.

What’s the point of the drive thru if no one mans it. Not a single customer inside so they were not busy with other people. At least put traffic cones or something in the drive thru if you aren’t going to man it so people don’t sit there forever waiting.

The Sales office at Knauf Insulation loves this Subway. The manager is very friendly and goes out of her way to make every customer feel special. We order lunch for the entire office all the time and usually on a Friday with not much notice and we still get the great service. I just ordered today during the start of the lunch rush and I was told my order would be ready at 12 noon. Kudos to Amy and the entire Subway Team!

This Subway is one of the slowest ones I have been too. They do not know how to handle drive through and walk in at the same time. The employees were constantly complaining while making the subs. Overall a poor experience! Have gone here a few times and generally this is the case.
