Overall i was kind of disappointed with this place. The food was pretty good but overpriced about $10 for a burger that doesn’t come with fries, that’s an extra $4. The outdoor dining area was nice and clean but the customer service really lacked, the girl who was taking our order wasn’t very friendly and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there also the cook didn’t seem very happy to be there either.

I use better burger. to cater my party they were outstanding they were very professional. The set up was easy. The food was outstanding. I would use them over and over again. My guest are still talking about them. How amazing the service and food was at my party of 50. They brought their own equipment set up their own area And handle my party of 50 so professional I was so happy I can’t wait to use them again at another party this is awesome group of people. Thank you for letting me enjoy my party.

Stopped and picked up dinner at better burger thinking I was going to get an amazing burger.
The burger patties were essentially unseasoned and overcooked.
The fries and tater tots were amazing along with their better sauce. The location was clean for it being an outdoor dining area.
With some fine tuning in the kitchen, this could truly be a better burger, for now, it’s just an okay burger

We had a Better Burger, but it wasn’t here.
The wait was way too long, one of our burgers they got wrong… twice… we ended up splitting the double paddy and fries I ordered between us since the wait for a (hopefully) the right burger was 10-15 minutes.

P.S. my “deluxe” burger (pictured) had a trace of onion on top with a sad slice of a picle drowning in second grade mayo and hot sause (Frank’s Red Hot?).

I really enjoyed my burger and so did my family. That being said it took a very long time to get our food. This is our second time we came to better burger. The first time the service was quicker. Honestly, i think they probably need air conditioning in the food truck, during the summer. The workers seemed pretty exhausted to me.

Where do I even begin? I paid for the Deluxe BBQ Package for 59 people, for my home and what was delivered was beyond disappointing. They showed up with two tiny electric grills that could barely fit four burgers at a time — and those same small grills were used to cook everything: burgers, sausage, steak (which was hard as a rock and completely inedible), and chicken.
There were long lines of guests just standing there waiting for food. Many ended up walking away because it was taking so long. They provided only one small tray of salad, which ran out in the first 20 minutes — with no refills, no backup, and no dressing (they claimed it was already “on it”).
What really frustrated me was the lack of transparency. The company’s website shows a large professional grill under the Deluxe Package — that’s NOT what they bring. When I questioned it afterward, they pointed to a line on the invoice that said “electrical outlets needed.” I assumed that was for warming trays or fries — not for cooking everything on a tiny portable Blackstone-style grill.
I truly regret not sending them away and just ordering trays of food myself. I paid a lot of money for gross food, poor service, and an embarrassing experience for my guests.
On a positive note, we also had Crepes and Pizza station at night at the party — and their food was absolutely delicious. If you’re planning an event, skip Better Burger LI and go with someone who delivers what they promise. BBQ KINGS have great BBQ onsite

They don’t pay attention to orders. I ordered a better burger with sautéed onions ..I got a bun , onions and a patty nothing else ..tasted ok though..just check your food before you leave the spot. Oreo Milkshake wasn’t too good.

We recently had a party for my wifes 40th birthday and Better burger was awesome! The chef, Kyle was great and all our guests were happy and full! Great food, very clean and professional! Will use again in future and highly recommend!
