Absolutely disappointed with this Burger King.
The staff was extremely slow and unprofessional. Their hair was not tied back, and none of them were wearing caps — which is unacceptable when working with food. One girl, wearing gloves, touched her phone, wiped her hands on her pants, and then continued handling the food like nothing happened.
We waited in line for 35 minutes, and the line barely moved. My order number was #87, but we never received it because we eventually gave up and left.
The whole experience was just terrible — dirty, slow, and unhygienic. Never coming back to this location.

This was an absolute disaster. I waited for over 40 minutes and never even got my order. The woman making the food was incredibly slow and kept using her phone while preparing it — completely unprofessional and disgusting.
After all that time, I walked away without my food and out of my money. This place is a total mess — zero respect for customers, zero hygiene, and zero management.
Burger King should be ashamed to have a location run like this. I’ll never come back here again, and I strongly recommend everyone else stay away too.

I went to Burger King and unfortunately had a bad experience. My order was messed up—one of the burgers was wrong, and the tomato inside was far from fresh. It was mushy and looked old. On top of that, we ordered kids’ meals but didn’t get any toys, which really disappointed my kids.
I expect better quality and attention to detail, especially from a well-known chain. Hope they step it up next time.

My friends burger was soggy!!! There were no hairnets in use, and the workers hair wasn’t tied back! I expect better! I went to Germany instead, and the food was much better!

This is the WORST place to consider going. The wait was almost 2 hours long. The people didn’t have their hair tied back and not hair nets. All of that and they gave me a soggy burger with cold fries. Absolutely unacceptable.
