Food as always is great. The only reason I’m giving service a three and the only reason and I have to stress this…Jimmy John’s is known for their quick fast service. I waited 20 minutes to get three sandwiches. I have never in all my life waited 20 minutes for Jimmy John’s; I have never in my life waited 15 minutes for Jimmy John’s; I have never in my life waited 10 minutes for Jimmy John’s. The most I’ve ever ever waited is five minutes. In fact, I ordered four sandwiches one time and was in and out of there in less than five minutes even for a delivery it has been 20 minutes or less.
I don’t know what was going on. They had three people making sandwiches one person taking orders and they were even helping expedite sandwiches so that’s the only reason I’m giving three on service…maybe they were training not sure.

I ordered 2 large #7 (double meats) no onions no herbs with mustard! They did everything but get my order correct there’s onions there’s oregano no mustard no double meats like come on it wasn’t busy at all. Then they don’t answer when you call to let them know they messed up. Sad bc I won’t be driving all the way from Torrance again

I placed an order for delivery. I ordered 3 sandwiches, a #9, a #11 and a #12. All regular size and a picklewich. Over $60! It was all crap. All 3 sandwiches were just thrown together and wrapped. All of the contents were just shoved on the bread, barely inside. The #9 was correctly made. The #11 & 12 were bread, lettuce and meat. No cheese or tomato and no guacamole on the #12. No mayo or anything . The pickle wich had one slice of ham, no cheese and no lettuce and it cost $9!
It was the first time my family was going to try JJ and I had been bragging about it for a week.

Got the Italian night club unwich, was very tasty and great. Jimmy John’s is very keto friendly and that’s an awesome thing. Me and my sister enjoyed our first meal a Jimmy John’s a lot. Will be coming here more often for their unwiches.

What a joke ordered the #7 comes with double meat and cheese well lets just say it’s not even close to the normal way its been made for years . Seems this store is not following proper making directions . Can order the same thing from another store and 3 times the meat and cheese. This is the second time in a week this has happened.

Workers was extremely rude! I contacted contact corporate because that was an unpleasant and weird experience. The shorter younger guy was amazing. Perfect customer service. But the lady was rude while preparing my meal and the taller guy made me reach around the counter and grab my own napkins. You should hand items to customers and create an inviting environment for guests, and without an attitude. I don’t know what that was about… but staff should work on that! Let’s hope it’s a more personable experience next time. Food was great though!

I order lunch at work, then drive on over. My order has always been ready on time and on a shelf near the door so I don’t even have to wait in line. Definitely recommend!

Was there for 40 minutes and they still couldn’t get my order ready. Lunch break was practically wasted with no way of knowing when my order would be ready. Got a refund as well as several others waiting for their orders too.
