Holy rude! The customer service is absolutely awful. Food was fine. A sandwich was forgotten on my order, so I asked about it. Took 4 of them standing in the window of the drive through hollering it wasn’t put on my order. I told them I would pay for it if it was missed, but please make me the sandwich. I was such an inconvenience the bag was thrust into my car. I told them thank you and have a nice day, I got a grunt back in response.

I ordered some Arby’s through Uber Eats. I know there are certain things that just aren’t a good idea to order thru delivery, such as fries, sandwiches, and burgers. Basically, things can become stale or soggy, and I should have trusted my gut. I ordered a few things recently and thought it was just okay. Not terrible, not amazing, either. Wagyu Burger Combo with Curly Fries, Brisket Sandwich. My food came to me an hour and a half later, so take this review with a grain of salt, I guess. Brisket Sandwich was bland and definitely doesn’t taste smoked like they advertised. Wagyu Sandwich just tastes like a regular burger. Yes -I’ve had Wagyu before, and this isn’t even in the parking lot, let alone ‘park’. The portions are pretty big.

I used to work at this Arby’s, and I was shocked at the absolutely atrocious customer service I received at the drive thru today. My dad was rudely lectured at the window when he forgot one thing on a big order, and then they forgot three of our sandwiches, and when we were thankfully double checking their work, the same rude woman opened the window and aggressively said, “Is everything all right?” in a super sarcastic tone. When my dad politely told her there were three sandwiches missing, she had no apology and practically threw the sandwiches out the window to him with another sarcastic “Have a nice day.” This woman is not the person you want representing this restaurant. We might not be coming back to this location if she’s still working there.

I go to arby’s because they’re supposed to prepare things fresh and I’ve always had the experience. This is one of the only location that I’ve found that you’ll get cold fries and your food will be put together sloppy. There’s a few other locations near that are really good but I would avoid this location.
