Gone in yesterday night and I got a hot and cold sub, the staff super funny. The food was good but talking to the staff was better, shoutout to the pregnant lady and the dude with the nightwing pin on his hat

FANTASTIC! If you’ve never had one, just GO. Definitely delicious, freshly cut to each order meats, cheese, not from a bag! Toppings are also cut in store. Choose; various breads, wraps or bowls. They have a “special” topping, it’s excellent. I was a die-hard Publix sub person, not any more. Jersey Mike’s Italian Sub is awesome! My 86 y/o Mom told us about them 3 months ago. We’ve had
1/week since then. CrAzY, huh, nope, it’s that Good. Customer service is Outstanding, the shop is very clean. You can earn points towards free food! I’m very impressed with Jersey Mike’s and very highly recommend them.

Shittiest jersey mikes I’ve ever been to. The guy making my sub didn’t even listen to how I wanted it then the cashier was to out of it to know how to ring the order up right. Oh and the place is nasty especially the soda machine which is covered in mold. First and last time I will visit that place.

Fast and friendly service. They were open the day before Hurricane Milton, making sure everyone that was trying to get food before hunkering down for the storm got what they wanted. Truly appreciate their positive attitude despite working when many places were already shut down, supporting their community. Thank you!

Came in to try a sub from Jersey Mike’s for the first time yesterday (Saturday) morning. I am normally a fan of Firehouse and Publix, but was close by and figured I’d try it out. I ordered the cheese steak sub, and it was delicious! Hot and ready, made in front of me, and received excellent customer service! The gentleman taking my order (I believe his name was Regan) was friendly and knowledgeable, and made the experience even better. Would recommend.

The sandwich i got was limp, ingredients didn’t taste as fresh as any of the other JM locations I’ve visited, and the bread was kind of gross. The employees were nice and got my food to me quickly, but I dont think they were given the materials to make an excellent sandwich, through no fault of their own.
Management needs to step up and have higher standards for the ingredients they use.

Requested a very simple request by asking to put the oil and vinegar on the side and in the bag for the few subs.. “I got you” “no problem” was the response, not even one oil n vinegar was in the bag, simply was trying to avoid the bread being saturated and soggy.

I’m no food safety inspector but I’m pretty sure you aren’t supposed to go back and forth from making subs to the register and back without changing your gloves. Ick factor. Watched it happen time and time again as I was waiting for my hot sub. Glad I got a hot one where there cook isn’t going from making my food to handling the register and money with the same dirty gloves. Do better guys.

The staff is very efficient. I came in with a 5-sub order, and the team handled it in a very organized manner. They also know how to prioritize the line of customers. I didn’t feel like I was holding up anyone behind me.
Get your sub “Mike’s Way” (lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, oregano). Your hands may get oily, but it will be delicious and still taste fresh and healthy – not heavy and greasy.
As far as categories of subs, I put JM’s in the soft bread category (as opposed to the hard bread category, in which Publix ranks #1).
