It’s been a while since I have been here. It’s been about over a year. I was in the area and decided to grab lunch. As usual, the food was good. Now, I always order the same thing from here which is orange chicken, white rice, and an egg roll. After eating my food, it made me remember how much I missed ordering from here. Order was about $13 and some change which is reasonably priced to me for the amount of food that they give in my opinion. I already ate the eggroll, so it’s not included in the picture, lol.
Note: They are not the friendliest at answering the phone and taking orders, but they have always gotten my order right. It has always been fresh and hot.
Also, they close during various times throughout the year for vacation, so call before you drive out to make sure that they are actually open.

TODAY the wife and I visited this place and were veryyy disappointed. I ordered the dumplings and chicken and cashew and my wife the roasted pork fried rice. The dumplings were like 7 little balls and the cashew chicken had half cup of rice and NOT even equivalent to half a chicken tender of chopped chicken. I tell you I think of it isn’t for the high school next to them and the kids visiting them on their lunch break not knowing any better, they would be out of business. This place doesn’t deserve 1 star and I advise to spend your HARD earned money elsewhere. It makes no sense to serve such CHEAP portions and charge the amount they charge.

I keep giving this place a chance because it’s convenient and I want to support local, but I’m writing this review to remind myself why I should never go here again. The owners are unfriendly, which whatever, but coupled with the food and lack of care I perceive I don’t understand how they have repeat business. I want them to succeed and I want them to do better . But, I gave it a year before I ate here again because the last time it was dry, and not flavorful. Today, the flavor was better and the rice seemed fresh BUT the hot and sour soup was literally like jello that needed about 20 more minutes before firming up. The veggie lo mein was so soft and mushy and barely had veggies in it. The hunan chicken had a noticeable gritty consistency like the flour or cornstarch wasn’t completely cooked through , and tasted like it too. It’s going in the trash and that it is so frustrating and wasteful. And yes, I know I should be grateful I have the means to pay and afford food, but I’m not a wasteful person. This is the last time – I hope future me reads this and listens to past me.

Waited 40 minutes for my order general tos chicken, cheese wontons and house lo mein. The wontons were so hard and overcooked with one little dab of cheese if you could bite it. The lo mein had maybe 4 shrimp in it and wasn’t good. No fortune cookies either. Worst Chinese I’ve had.

I just called the number listed a man answered and said they don’t have lunch specials and they don’t have a menu online, then he hung up on me. Not sure what the deal is but I don’t think they want my service.

Wanted Egg foo young and was told they aren’t cooking that right now. If you not going to have everything on the menu then take it off the menu!! Just got the ham fried rice and an egg roll. the rice had no flavor and very little ham and veggies in it. the egg roll was actually pretty good.

Mongolian beef? Where’s the beef? Perhaps Mongolian onions. Not worth the 30 minute wait for essentially “fast food”.
