There was a slight delay in my pick-up order and I feel the staff handled themselves very well. They were polite, direct, and level headed while explaining the situation.

Haven’t been there in 2 years since they refused to take a $50 dollar bill. American money. Heck with this place. They skimp on the meat anyway. Jersey Mike’s is way better.

I went to the bluemont location the girl there was super rude so I left and came to this location. I asked the guy behind the counter what kind of bread they had and he pointed at the door where there was a very badly written note but didn’t say anything to me. I went and looked and it said something about flat bread so I decided to come back instead of saying hi or how can I help you he looked irritated and said what just happened. I ordered my food and left. I would have left a tip if ppl that work on subway weren’t so rude

Local Subway doesn’t accept coupons that keep coming in the mail. The only reason I would ever go to a Subway now gone. Who wants to spend $12 on a Subway sub, would rather go to JJ or Jersey Mike’s for that price.

I placed an order on the app, but I forgot to select an item. They called me and inquired as to what I meant. It was this simple act that made me value the service this location gave me. They are polite, courteous and respectful. I had a great time and experience! This is what keeps loyal customers coming back time and time again! Love it!

Terrible place if I could give less then one star I would. Called 3 times to inquire if I could just buy a loaf of bread or the cheapest sandwich to buy as I can not really eat due to a medical condition. All times after leaving me on hold for a while they would pick up the phone and hang up on me and I 100% could tell that they disconnected because you could hear the store. My question would have taken 30 seconds. Also most coupons are not accepted.

It’s honestly outrageous that a sandwich priced under $8 online jumps to over $18 in-store—all because I asked to swap bacon for salami. How is salami worth over $10 extra? That’s beyond unreasonable.
What’s even more frustrating is that the app doesn’t allow you to substitute or add salami to any sandwich, so you’re basically forced into this overpriced option if you want that ingredient. Very disappointed in the lack of flexibility and transparency. Subway, you’ve got to do better.

They were very friendly and nice. The guy that check me out took an extra step to ask if cookies I ordered need to be separated. The only reason for three stars is I ordered a blt and it was just a bacon sandwich.

I just witnessed one of the employees wipe the counter with her gloves and used those same gloves to put veggies on a customers sandwich. Most unbelievable thing I’ve seen in a subway. Entirely gross and unprofessional.

It’s not like it used to be. The bread is baked on site but not very flavorful if you compare to Jimmy Johns. A meal deal with half a sub comes to $12.50. the person making my sandwich didn’t know it was supposed to have double cheese when I asked her, I had to ask the next employee about it. The pepper jack is the worst I’ve ever tasted, a weird process cheese flavor and mushy texture.
When fast food costs what a sit down meal does, there is a problem. I could have had a hot burger, fries and a drink for well under $10.
There isn’t enough quality of food to merit a revisit, especially considering the price.
The few scattered seats and decorations don’t lend any atmosphere.
