Zen Special Roll, Golden Tiger Roll and Mountain(Baked Salmon) Roll, were all excellent. Finished off with Hot Saki and Green Tea Ice Cream. The location was not very busy on a Saturday afternoom making for a peaceful dinner.

Rolls are really good. Chef is from California and he brought his skills in Texas. Try a Zen special roll which has a slight lemon taste kick. This place became the one of my favorite roll place in the north Dallas area. I will try Hibachi anytime soon.

The sushi rice was delicious. The sashimi was fresh and sliced to the perfect thickness. The ginger salad on the side had an excellent dressing. I usually like to add cucumber to my salmon roll, and it turned out great here as well. The waitress provided good service. I’d definitely consider coming back again.
