Two guys behind the counter very kind and worked together for my order. The tomatoes don’t look like they’re from another planet, compared to what I seen at other subways. Recently renovated and clean interior.

Where’s the franchise owner? Why doesn’t he respond to any of the reviews about his restaurant? Overall, the sandwiches were good and prepared correctly. My complaint is the fact they do not honor a coupon in its entirety. The coupon I had had four sandwiches on it that were excluded from the deal. When I started to pay with my coupon, the informing my sandwich I ordered was also excluded as was 50% of their menu. It’s a little late now, you’ve made my sandwich. So, maybe post something at the door saying you’re adding exclusions to the coupons. Also BAKE SOME COOKIES!!
I went to log in with my Subway rewards during checkout and they said I wasn’t a member. So I brought it up on my phone, still didn’t recognize me. I thought it a fluke until I watched it happen to multiple customers. I find it slightly convenient that all these things are happening at one time at this store.
I would like to see upper management address some of the poor reviews on here. Get involved.

Went in today with my service dog before I was even fully in the door they told me my service dog was not allowed in even though the sticker on the front door says service dogs welcome. I told them per ada law my dog is allowed to accompany me. Then let us order but when we went to sit down and eat they told me the “damn” dog could not stay. We asked for the manager or her name and they told us to call corporate. If I could give negative stats I would. I have ms and maybe they should learn ada laws and some manners.

About $3 more per foot long. Veggies thrown on sandwiches. 1 shake of spice shakers on sandwich. Almost like the worker didn’t want to do her job. Seeing the prices and how sandwiches were being built made me walk out before I even ordered. 1st and last time coming to this location.

Went to Subway on North Larkin in Joliet last week. The boy maybe 16 years young was rude to me when I was trying to use a coupon. I didn’t know it was for online only, so I asked for help. They made me a Turkey Italiano, but he said no problem with him if I never came back to the store. I decided that’s not gonna stop me, I’ll just go when he’s not there. I called and they said he was not working. When I got there, he was in the back but saw me. He got the manager so she came out looking like she was ready to tumble. I never said anything or posted so he must’ve told her he had problems with me because the other employees heard him speaking rude. I explained to the manager I was getting ready to order online Turkey Italiano but I didn’t see it. She said they don’t serve it anymore and I can’t get one. I didn’t say I got it the week before. I said that was fine, I had ham and turkey in the app and could you just tell me what I needed to request for the sauce she said it doesn’t come with the sauce. I kept trying to ask her what they use on top of the sandwich and she just said nothing, nothing and girl standing beside her said it’s the dressing they use and gave me the name I was trying to pay through the app and it said double click but because I don’t use Apple Pay and it wasn’t working and she just told me she could not help. The young lady started to talk and the manager threw up her hands and said that’s it for me to leave the store she wasn’t gonna help me. I did not argue with her about asking for help. She said she was done with me get out. The only thing I said to her was, I cannot believe you’re kicking me out of the store for asking a question. Trust me, she was loud and it was very embarrassing, so I left. She came out looking for trouble and gave it to me. Makes me wonder if she’s related to the young man that was rude to me last week. I’m in my 70s, 115 pounds and disabled and I try to be a nice person at all times. I wish I knew how to get to the owner of this franchise. She is definitely not management material. God bless her when she gets to her 70s and has to deal with online technology to make purchases and gets belittled. If she isn’t allowed to help me that was fine but she didn’t say that just kicked me out. Wow, can’t believe she had Management training..

Took my son for an earlier dinner. I had a footlong steak and cheese, he had a footlong tuna. Both subs were delicious and the tuna looked like real tuna to me. Don’t understand all the hype surrounding the tuna. We had chips and a drink each and spent $25. Service was good also, will definitely be back

I’ve ordered from here multiple times because it’s closer to my house, always got the meal and every time the cookies were always hard as if they’ve been sitting out for days… any time I go order placed the cookies are soft. Don’t think I will be going here anymore.

Great twelve inch long sandwiches. Along with there party Foot Long. Has some reasonable selections of subs. I feel that the coupons of the deals, should come out offline. Walking to the restruant or curb side, order in person, from pick up person to salers.

I’m going to have to stop going here because all “sandwich artists” aren’t created equal. I usually get a rotisserie chicken sub and pay extra for extra chicken, but sometimes I don’t get what I pay for. I always order through the app and even give a tip. Although the sub tastes good, I’m just not getting my money’s worth because I’m paying for extra chicken plus a tip, which they don’t deserve when they don’t fix it properly.

Trash food make your own sandwiches at home. Also they sold me stale potato chips. Even the cookies was nasty. Sandwich cookies and a drink $25. Don’t waste your time or money
