There are not very many places where you can get delicious smoky tender brisket. I decided to get the Meaty Mac and I was blown away. Cheesy gooey Mac topped with that delicious brisket and that bbq sauce. I don’t know if they make it in house but bbq was bomb! Thankyou guys I’ll be back soon!

Decided to try this place being newer to Longview and looking for a good BBQ spot to replace our old staple BBQ Blessings in Vancouver. Got a little bit of everything for the family. Service from the attendant was quick and ordering process was easy. The meat itself was a solid 8/10 the pulled pork is yummy and the brisket (although a little dry) was tasty as well. The sides DEFINITELY need work, the potato salad is fine but needs seasoning, the mac and cheese was by far my biggest issue it was dry, lacking seasoning and the noodles were mushy. Also the curly fries tasted tough and lacked flavor. Don’t think we would return to this joint unless we got a sandwich only, I hope for improvement so we can try it out again sometime.

As soon as I heard Boss Hogg’s opened a good truck in Longview I KNEW I had to go there! Their food quality and their service is just as amazing as it was at their restaurant in Winlock! The meaty Mac with brisket is hands down my favorite dish! And don’t forget their BBQ sauce! I ALWAYS get extra! I swear, if they bottled it, I’d buy it!

Ordered two dinner plates with one plate being smoked sausage, mac and cheese and baked beans. The other plate was pulled pork, mashed potato salad and curly fries. Smoked sausage was ok but to greasy. Mac and cheese was awful and honestly made me sick don’t know if it was the cheese or what. Baked beans honestly was the best thing they had. Pulled pork tasted off don’t know if it was liquid smoke but it was definitely not something I’d recommend. Potato salad had literally no seasonings on it at all. Curly fries were were ok. In all don’t recommend and won’t be back again personally. Lady was nice but dosent make up for the food.

I have eaten the BBQ burger there several times. It’s amazing, very filling. Best BBQ around. I’ve also been to the restaurant in Winlock many times. Always delicious love the ribs and sausage.

My favorite food truck. I love their restaurant in Winlock so had to try the BBQ shack in Longview. Same great food plus extra options that weren’t at the restaurant. Staff is amazing as always. My go to for eats in Longview you won’t be disappointed

We have ate at both the food truck in Longview as well as their establishment in Winlock. I will tell you that not only has the customer service been top notch but the best bbq I’ve had in Cowlitz or Lewis county. Thanks for a wonderful experience and food that is not always an option in most eating venues, thanks again. We will be back time and time again!

My burger was thick & raw. The meat just fell apart because it wasn’t seared. The bottom bun was hard. If we had stayed there and ate I def would have given it back but we went elsewhere to eat.

I’ve had good bbq and this isn’t just good bbq it’s omg did god just have an orgasma in my mouth type bbq. The lady taking my order greeted us with a friendly smile and great service. Would drive a considerably inconvenient amount of time out of my way to go again.
