Ordered online. The order was wrong. The website says report issue, so I tried. Says it will send a code to proceed with a solution. Tried 5 times but received 0. This is far from the end of the world but receiving bbq chicken wings instead of parmesan bread bites just means people didn’t pay much attention. Anyways, maybe their website is broken.

We spend one day a month up keeping a golden age sanitarium and decided to order this particular Domino’s pizza for the volunteer group, and, let me tell you, the bacon was large pieces and a surprise from the SD Domino’s. Our bacon is minced meat! Only in LA!

Manager is very rude, I placed a big order one day ahead, to pick up next day,
I called 30 min before pick up time, showed up 10 minutes before pick up time, and had to wait 15 min additional to my original scheduled pick up time and my order was not ready yet!
And to mention dominos app showed picked up even though I was still waiting!
Manager does not care at all !!!

I recently ordered pizza from this location, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The pizza arrived cold, which significantly affected its taste and overall enjoyment. I was really looking forward to a hot, delicious meal, but instead, I had to reheat the pizza, which is never quite the same.

This Dominos wins the award for the worst customer service on the planet. The phones are rarely answered during busy time, waits are always outside the usual time promised and their employees are severely undertrained. The management is very argumentative and also completely untrained, it’s a shock this place stays in business. If I have to starve I will in order to not deal with these people anymore. The only caveat to this is the drivers who have always been polite and appreciative of their tips, the rest of the staff is horrendous.

This Domino’s Pizza place is horrible “SCAM”. They charged my credit card, then canceled the order and NEVER refund my money. I placed an order last week Sunday night over the phone and they charged my credit card right away. They called me after 15 minutes and canceled the order because of broken oven (?). I asked them to refund my money back, the person said call tomorrow and ask my manager. I called the next day and asked the person for refund. He said, call customer service. I called customer service being on hold for 40 minutes, the rep told me that store is franchised and you have to call them back and talk to manager. I called them back and said whatever customer service rep had told me. The guy got my contact info and said his manager will call me. I never received any call from them. Yesterday, after about a week I called the store again and asked why the manager didn’t call me, the guy started to be rude and disrespectful, and was talking over me. I asked his name but he hung up on me. When I called them back they never answered my phone anymore. Better to starve than order food from this store with rude and unprofessional employees.
