We stopped at the West Lebanon Jersey Mike’s last weekend on the way to the Tunbridge Fair. We walked in and joined a line 6 people deep. We thought we’d be waiting for ever. Nope! I can not recommend this location highly enough. From the woman who took our order, to the gentleman adding the toppings, to the women at the register. Every single person was working at top speed and we were in and out holding hot delicious food in about 12 minutes. And the sandwiches? AMAZING. Service with a smile. Five stars. Thank you all!

When I walked into Jersey Mike’s in West Lebanon, New Hampshire I went to go and pick up my order. I began to eat my sandwich and mustard and oil and vinegar pour all over me.. The girl that made my sandwich was Jen Tuck and I would love to ask her if she would eat this sandwich. Sloppy and so wet I asked for very light oil and vinegar and mustard and I felt like it was a statement with how much was put on there. You can personally not like someone but to do this to their lunch is not ok.

I was in line waiting for my order to be taken, and I heard the manager Jamie saying to an employee that they want to fight them and I don’t feel that that’s something a manager should be doing in front of their employees and with customers in the store, so I’m just wondering why that’s something that was allowed Also, I have come back to the store on a few different occasions, but this time the same manager was talking badly about another employee that was being insubordinate and I feel as though that should be a one on one conversation between the manager and that employee and not with everyone, and that includes the customers and honestly, I don’t understand why this manager is still employed however, I will still continue to dine at the West Lebanon Jersey Mike’s. The food is really great and most of the time. I have a great time because the staff is extremely helpful.

Something has recently changed at this location. I have been many times in the past and had great consistent experiences. I ordered online this week and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. When I arrived 20 mins later I was told it wasn’t ready. It took a total of over 40 minutes. The bread was very hard and the fountain drink machine was broken. I had paid for a fountain drink with my online order and was offered a can or bottled water. There were only 2 can options left. The refrigerator was empty. The trash cans were overflowing. This location used to run so smoothly but has clearly seen a change for the worse. It was disorganized and you could tell the staff were frustrated.

I don’t know where jersey Mike’s buys there cold cuts, but they are sliced perfectly and are delicious! I love the fresh made breads and the varieties offered. Also, the sandwiches have a good quantity of meats on them, not like subway.

The food was delicious, however one of the employees wasn’t wearing a beard net when they clearly needed to be. Especially since they were the one slicing the meats, cheeses, and breads before sliding them down the line. It’s not only one of the ServSafe rules, but also common sense.

Staff was rude. They were obviously behind on orders but that didn’t stop them from standing there talking with a half made sandwich in front of them. Stood there for 10 minutes before I was finally rudely addressed by manager with visible religious tattoos Then threw my sandwich in the bag said there and walked away

We’ve gotten sandwiches here a lot since they opened.. and I have to say this is absolutely ridiculous. I opened up my sandwich, and it’s completely smooshed and a mess.
I’m very disappointed.
I hope this isn’t how the future is going to be. They were doing so well!
