I simply asked for a peanut butter brownie concrete (james jackhammer without the fudge middle) with bananas on top. Why did this girl give me a cup full of custard with all the ingredients on top. Never had an issue at any other Andys. How was this a concrete? Did you just forget to blend the ingredients? Are we blending them at home now? Or am I supposed to use the thin spoon she had an issue ordering it on the tablet then ran inside and I guess told them to just throw it all on top.. I just wanted my craving

I wanted to bring to the Manager’s attention a disappointing experience I had during my visit to your drive-thru tonight. I understand that many of your staff members are young, but I believe that respectful and professional customer service should always be a priority, regardless of age.
When I asked the young lady at the window to hand me the card machine so I could tap my card for payment, her response was rude and dismissive. It felt disrespectful, and her tone was unprofessional. I’m not suggesting that hiring younger employees is the issue, but it’s clear that better training and a stronger emphasis on customer service is needed.
handling interactions with respect and courtesy. If there are concerns about their readiness to handle these tasks, perhaps it would be worth considering additional structure and support.
I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve the overall customer experience.
Thank you for your time and attention.

Oh my goodness. A small is a grande, and medium is a cement mixer, and I am sure a large is a dumptruck! No shortage of amazing creamy delicious custard in these cups!! Heaters on the outside for walk ups, no indoor seating, and does have a drive through. Friendly service! I feel like this is a place to try if you’re in the city.

Just want to give a quick shout out to the staff here. I went through the drive-thru and got my toddler a kid cone. I forgot to ask for sprinkles so after getting our cone, I pulled around and we walked up to the window. When I asked if I could get some sprinkles thrown on the cone, they initially were going to charge me a dollar, I didn’t have my wallet on me (I had left it in the car) so they were kind enough to give me a cup with six individual sprinkles sprinkles in it. May not seem like a lot, but it was enough to prevent a toddler meltdown so I very much appreciate their willingness to help out!

Such great custard felt like a kid have not had custard since Sheradan ‘s so happy that we have a Andy’s now. I enjoyed the Turtle sundae very good, the pecans were crunchy and toasted perfectly and the fudge and caramel were good…next time I will ask for them to go light on those specially if you are not a excessively sweet conosuier ..I will be back

Before I even pull up to the drive-thru, everybody already knows what I want — Butter Pecan. That’s my favorite! I love Andy. I work next door at Tiffany Springs, so I just walk across the street, and everyone knows me there. Thank you, Andy!

This was my first custard experience, as its not a normal thing on the west coast. The custard, for a lack of better words, slapped. This place started my custard addiction whenever I’m in the Midwest.

Love Andy’s but don’t love this location. Every time I have come here (around 5 times) they get my order wrong. I order either a chocolate concrete or chocolate shake and no matter what I get a vanilla concrete or a vanilla shake with chocolate sauce. Not sure how to be more specific that I just want their chocolate ice cream.
Customer service has never been good either. Not very friendly when putting in your order.

My son and I recently visited Andy’s Ice Cream, a place we’ve loved for years, to enjoy a sundae together. We’ve been loyal customers for a long time—probably spending thousands of dollars over the years—because of the consistent quality and the people who make it special. This time, we had an experience that reminded us exactly why we keep coming back, thanks to Vivian and Maddie. We thought there was a special concession available, but there was a mix-up. Maddie, in particular, stepped up in a way that truly impressed us. She could’ve easily said “no” and left it at that, but instead, she took a leadership role and made it right for us. Her initiative and care turned what could’ve been a disappointment into a moment we’ll remember for all the right reasons. Vivian, too, was a delight—her warmth and professionalism added to the experience and made us feel so valued. It’s rare to find employees like Maddie and Vivian in today’s marketplace, where good help can be hard to come by. They’re the kind of people who make a business thrive, who keep customers like us returning time and time again. Andy’s is lucky to have them, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re reading this, Maddie and Vivian, know that you’re the heart of what makes this place great—you should feel proud of the difference you make every day!
