Compared with other menus like this the price is high because the simple steam rice and no tasty cabbage doesn’t bring an Korean experience dish. The flavor was ok but nothing special. We expected special sauces but not. In summary high price for not good dish and tasty, but In the other hand people are amazing serving.

There’s a tough one I wanted to be a big fan. I want to give it a five star overall rating but I’d say from a food perspective. It’s really a four star maybe even a three star like it’s average Korean and it felt like Korean fast food in a city like Houston where I can get really good Korean food you know Ben Bob’s this is tasted like you know getting up a good burger at a fast food restaurant versus getting really good Korean food maybe that’s the aim of it. It’s more of that kind of comfort Korean street food, but I would’ve felt like that. The flavors with a little bit a little bit more enhanced I like the option of having it on a better lettuce versus rice we had both the rice, the lettuce. Also the wings and you know getting fried chicken wings in Houston is pretty easy to do even with you know cream flavors so you won’t be extremely disappointed, but just understand that this is not like a phenomenal Korean flavoring that you would get at other places around town like a like, kinda like Bonchon almost.
But I would recommend it. I’ll probably go back but if I’ll make sure that I asked for more protein medium pay for an additional servings that way, I get a more fuller helping and I’ll ask for more sauce on the side that way I can really get a better experience.

Let them know you’re a first timer and they’ll cheer for you lol The waitress Pamela was extremely helpful. The food was amazing and it was a great portion to eat. My spice level was 5 medium and it was perfect because it had flavor and a bite for me. My husband not so much. I will say they have a good amount of seating in here. Great stop!

First timer at CupBob and overall a good experience, came by after work for quick bite that turned into dinner, the staff were efficient & very friendly, the food itself was delicious especially the Mandoo/Potstickers they were crispy but not too much crispy & the CupBob very good I have to come back with try to spice things up a bit with the sauce & try there wings.

The 4 stars is bc of the manager lady. She was a bit rude. I understand there was a viewing of what was in the sauces, which I’m happy i was shown, not everyone likes spicy mayo. I also asked for the sauce on the side, which i got, but she also put it on the food. The problem began when i asked, since the sauces are individually placed could i have basically the lvl 1 with k chili….. It was simple. Faced with imposition, she was dazed & confused by the request and took the ingredient sheet from the cashier and walked away.
I loved the food. I love bulgogi beef! Lvl 1 spicy is sweet. The k chili was hotter than I care for, but i thought it was going to come mixed….. Probably would have balanced.
The sweet potato noodle is interesting. Not bad, just unique. The veggies were great. Root beer was flat. But the tiny ice made up it.
Best for last, the black guy running the register was FANTASTIC! Ppl friendly. Attentive. Listened with both ears. He deserves a KUDOS! Would come back bc of him.

no one checked on us or helped us order! The front desk was unattended, and the staff stayed in the kitchen while we were left to figure everything out on the monitor ourselves!
The food was just as bad!!!!
We received only three very small pieces of chicken with the steak, and everything tasted not fresh at all. The quality of the food was horrible .The fries were stale. Horrible food quality. Nothing tasted fresh. On top of that, when we asked for extra sauce, we were told we’d be charged for it, which was frustrating considering the portion sizes and poor quality.
I’d never go here again, and my money was completely wasted.
