Was craving Long John’s and I use to love the A & W food. This was not the same food. Over priced for the quality of food. I guess it can be said that nothing stays the same. The hamburger is maybe average, the fish was cooked well but lacked taste. The staff however was fantastic, very energetic and willing to help.

Visiting from out of town and I was basking in nostalgia! I hadn’t had Long John’s in over 10 years and it’s just like I remembered. Fish was good and employees were welcoming and friendly. Aaaannd I got to ring the bell! Will definitely come back when I visit!

We went to have a quick dinner after a long day of working and were very pleased with our plate presentation! We don’t eat at LJS often so it is a nice treat when we do, and the food was as delicious as we expected it to be. The dining areas were clean, and it was really quiet at the time we arrived for dinner. The employees were kind and patient.

Sea share fish is a good deal. Fish pieces were good sized. Food was hot but a little greasy. Overall, one of the better LJS’s.

Today, I was looking forward to eating Long John’s, I love it! But I was a little disappointed with the food. First of all, I didn’t ask for tartar sauce. I waited for the girl to open the window again, but she went away and wasn’t there, so I couldn’t get her attention to ask for it. Next, I didn’t get my drink, which I paid for and I couldn’t ask for it because she was gone. It was a if they were not in the mood to provide good service. And lastly, the food was a little dry. Not the crispy batter that it usually is. Only hard and dry. Ugh, it was a sad situation. I would like to return but I’m afraid it will be the same. I’m hoping it was just a one time thing.

I used the tablet kiosk for the order. It was nice to do the order how you want. It took longer than usual because we brought kids too. The order was wrong in the end anyway. I think the kiosk needs adjusting. We ordered everything on the A&W burgers we got plain burgers. A lot of naked burgers. It’s ok we ate them that way, we were hangry by the time we got our food. We will try again next time, maybe the kiosk needs customers to complete the trial and error part.
