Decided to go here last minute and ordered in store for takeout! Got two 3 piece tender combos + corn and they said it would be about 10 minutes. A lot of other orders came in (displayed on screen) while we were waiting but our food was still out in about 15 minutes. It was fresh and hot! Still hot when we got home (about 15 minutes drive). For a new location – the staff was nice and helpful and the inside was clean! + my first visit ever to WingStop in general!

They consistently do not put enough seasoning on the wings or fries. Another reviewer has noted this as well for the Beavercreek location. Also, the estimated time to pickup my order is consistently wrong.

I literally ate here at least 4 to 5 times a week, it was a normal day and luckily I didn’t have to wait 20 minutes, so I figured my food would be fresh. Being that they took the garlic butter bacon burgers off the menu, I was told I could order two regular bacon cheese burgers and get them altered the way that the garlic burgers are. I have been ordering them for about two weeks after, and the last day of me ordering from them, the burgers were so could I could literally pull the cheese off of the burger and the buns were almost hard as a brick. So I politely asked for a remake and they remade it. The second set of burgers were cooler and appeared to be smushed. So then I asked for a remake again and the manager on duty bursted out the door with an attitude saying that she will not remake them and that I will get a refund (with an attitude) I stated that was fine. Two days later I get to the same so I’ve and I was told that I am banned from that sonic due to me using profanity against an employee per the GM. Luckily I have a dash cam that caught the employee storming out of the restaurant with an attitude saying I can only get a refund and that she will not honor the remake, I figured that it was more that what it really was, the GM never really liked me and it showed. But now you all have 30,000 views on TilTok and I hope you enjoy what’s coming.

I had hair in literally all of my food, which is unacceptable. Employees should be wearing hair nets. Additionally, the customer service was extremely poor—calls were not answered professionally, if at all. Overall, a very unprofessional experience.
