this place looks dingy and the ppl working seem to me to ALL hate their job. this guy tried handing me a bag of two boston creams and two glazed donuts & when i looked in the bag i couldn’t tell which ones were the glazed. smh that pissed me off but then some other guy comes outta nowhere to ask what’s wrong. i go on to explain it all over again & this guy says “im not bagging those”…. !!!!!!! like what? had to get the “manager” to once again ask what’s the problem. THEN she grabbed each donut separately…. WITH THE PROVIDED WRAPPING and separated the two from the other two. not a great spot this place.

This was my first time coming to this Dunkin n from a managers point of view their staff was on point and ve ATTENTIVE with their job.. There was only 2 employees working the front and the store got busy,they both worked together to get the job done. However one of the staff members stood out to me JESS SHE WAS VERY ASSERTIVE AND VERY SUFFICIENT WITH HER JOB. WE need more “Jess” in this world. Thanks crew keep up the good job.
