Good food, and good quantity, at really decent prices. I really wish I lived closer to supporting this business.
There is NO inside seating. If your ordering more than 1-2 dishes, I would advise calling ahead to place the order as they are a small operation. I really enjoyed the food. Ordered the Medium Jerk Chicken with rice and peas (beans), greens and jerk sauce over it all! very tasty
They also have some unique import food and drink items on the shelves inside.

Didn’t want to cook , so I had grabbed a bite of Caribbean food I wanted goat Mac an cheese but at 5 pm they had sold out so i settled for oxtail rice a peas 4 oxtail for 14 dollars the food was sweet to taste im use to my authentic style didn’t compare i guess my taste is just upper class

I love during the winter time where he makes different soups. I got the cow foot soup today which is always really good. The service is great and they are friendly people. I also got the jerk chicken and asked for some of the stew chicken gravy on top so it’s not as spicy for me and it was really really good i’ve had their mac & cheese before which is delicious as well. I would definitely recommend.

Jerk chicken is fantastic here.
Oxtails are my second option.
Rice & beans, cabbage & collard greens all very good.
This is the ONLY Jamaican spot where I actually enjoy the collard greens (I’m from NY). Cabbage also cooked in a sauce that makes it delicious for those who don’t normally eat cabbage like myself.
Staff is always friendly here and it’s a nice, quiet atmosphere for such a busy city.
Their ordering on DoorDash is amazing, in the sense that you can choose what sauce you want.
For example, You have the option to get Jerk Chicken, but with Oxtail sauce.
Portions are good, I usually get a Medium size for myself and you’ll be stuffed if you can finish all that.
Everytime I’m in Wilkes-Barre, this is my go-to.
South of Wilkes barre the options are slim to none for this kind of food

First of all, food was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a medium size of oxtail with rice & peas and cabbage with a mango Snapple. I have been craving oxtails for so long and finally decided to try this spot! Became so disappointed quick. As entering the store, which is huge btw. It is very empty and unsettling. The workers did not greet but did put a good amount of food on the platter. After paying for my food and going to the car I could immediately tell something was off. The smell did not smell like oxtails but maybe a faint of bbq. Once getting home and trying the food the taste was so horrendously distasteful and disgusting. I had to take a sip out after each bite to wash it down. I tried giving it a chance but could only force myself to eat about a 1/6 of the platter before my drink ran out. The after taste could not be washed away.

I was in the mood for Jamaican food and ordered from this restaurant. I called because I couldn’t find it. They relocated nearby. When I arrived I parked in the plaza lot. I walked in and ordered the curry chicken and rice and peas large. I also got the chicken patty. I paid and left. The patty was super delicious! The rice and peas was good as well. All in all I had a good experience.

The service staff remained on the phone throughout the entire transaction. There is no dine-in service available, and the establishment appeared to be in poor condition, giving the impression that it may be going out of business. The food was served at room temperature and was not edible, so we were unable to eat it.

First off the bag was full of gravy at some point I don’t know why they bothered putting my food in a tray if they was going to make a mess like that. And the FOOD oh god, THAT IS NOT REAL CARIBBEAN FOOD absolutely disgusting and beyond disrespectful has no taste. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

I did not like the oxtails and peas n rice that I ordered. The food had a strange sweet after taste that I did not like. I had this dish many times and never had an after taste like I experienced eating from this establishment. I asked for plantains and was told they were not ripe. The atmosphere was not impressive at all. A lot of snake plants in the windows and no other decor. Nothing to write home about.
