Damn Jimmy! We had no idea the store was closing, just trying to snag some food after a long day! Next time, full permission to not accept / cancel the order on JJ’s end and DoorDash would have notified us. Seems more like a restaurant to DoorDash issue that needs to be addressed or stop accepting door dash the last hour? Maybe try that route rather than ransom letter on a receipt. Thank you for still making the food we do appreciate it a lot and we are sorry for making your evening not fun / chaotic, Jimmy! It was completely unintentional, our bad!

Ordered a giant Italian sub through the drive thru with half cheese, no mayo. I was charged 2.00 for “extra cheese”. Started down the road and realized there was NO MEAT on the uncut sub. $25 for just lettuce, tomato and onions. Had to turn around and go back. Will never go back to this place!

Honestly being in the business of hospitality business this may be by far the worst place to go to, asked for half no tomato told me corporate policy or nothing. Been to many other Jimmy John’s had no problem doing this they won’t have me back this is the pinnacle of the worst customer experience. I won’t be returning to this one or maybe no another Jimmy John’s in my life again food below average as well potbelly or firehouse subs from now on.

When Covid restrictions first ended, I was hurting BADLY for money. I went in to buy 2 day old loaves of bread, but they didn’t have any. I went to leave (I didn’t complain, I just said “OK, have a good night guys.” I’ve worked in food before and I know things run out. Wasn’t their fault.) and the guy at the counter said “Hey man!” and when I turned around he gave me 2 fresh loaves, still warm, and said “It’s on the house. Sorry we ran out.” I’ve always liked Jimmy Johns, but now when I’m near there and I want to order food, even if I don’t want a sub they are my first choice. I regret not asking the guy for his name, because if he’s NOT a manager there, he should be. He created a life long customer. I used to manage a pizza shop, I know what it costs to make bread, and he basically turned maybe 50 cents of ingredients into a loyal customer. 5 stars all day long.

Terrible delivery. I’ve ordered from here twice now. The first time they just gave my food to “a woman” (thats what they actually told me) and didn’t know who she was so I couldn’t even ask around for my order. The second time – right now as I type this – the driver has already been out for 30 minutes and is currently 15 minutes late with my food. I was told that it could be another 15-30 minutes to get here still. I told the manager that I am on my lunch time and this won’t leave me any time to eat and he didn’t care at all. Don’t order from them unless you want your order to be given to an unknown stranger or don’t actually want to eat your soggy food.

Horrible experience here today, do not waste your time and money here. Got a notification for a free birthday sandwich in my rewards, went to go use it. I sat in line for a half hour, no idea why the line was so backed up, no apology for the excessive wait time at the window either. A teenage girl I’ve never seen there before with absolutely no customer service skills tells me the rewards system is down, which I have never heard of before since their card reader was sure as hell working just fine, and she wasn’t willing to even try it. I’ve had multiple staff members here unwilling to put in the effort to type in your phone number and instead provides a lame excuse or simply doesn’t ask for rewards, which is very very sad. She offered me absolutely nothing for my time, no compensation for the would-be free birthday sandwich, which easily still could’ve been given to me for free, and she did nothing to help at all. Very very disappointed in the cheapness and absolutely pathetic customer service here, they have lost me as a many-years-loyal customer after multiple pitiful experiences. Do not go here, it is not worth it.

Very fast and good. Jimmy johns is great if you want a healthy sandwich fast. Unfortunately they don’t heat any subs for you and you must remember to ask them to cut it in half or else the meat and cheese squirt out of the end. Pretty good value for the price. I would recommend it if you don’t mind a good cold sub.

I’ve been ordering delivery from this store for about 3 years now, they’re always fast, always friendly & always make a good sandwich. I feel the poor reviews for this location are unfounded. There is a review here that complains about pricing and then directs patrons to firehouse subs down the road. Firehouse is much more expensive than Jimmy Johns. I understand some folks aren’t a fan of JJ’s, but those who know, love and regularly order from JJ’s and know what they want are lucky to have this location nearby. They’ve never goofed my order or left me waiting!
