This place sold us bad shrimp and we were too busy to get back to them in the afternoon because we were trying to feed our hungry children since the food we bought was no good. I called them several hours later once I had figured out the food problem caused by this “restaurant.” They refused to give a refund because we waited to call them. Feeding my hungry children is more important than calling them. Don’t go there unless you want your food to taste and smell like trash. I recommend Wing Sing Kitchen in fishkill instead. I’ve never had a problem with them giving bad food or bad customer service. They care about their customer’s experience rather than just making a money grab by tricking people into buying food.

We have been ordering here for 15+ years. The best chinese food in the Lagrange/Beekman area. We’ve tried two other restaurant locations nearby and Empire is always our preferred choice. Our orders are always correct and done within 15-20 minutes. Everything is tasty and cooked to how we like it. They also mail out coupons in a coupon book which is a nice touch for locals.

I’m working in the area and only have thirty minutes for lunch. This place is right up the road and has phenomenal Chinese food. I’ve ordered from here 3 or 4 times fornlunch and haven’t been disappointed. The Gen. Tsos chicken is amazing and crispy and fresh and the rice is cooked perfectly. I will be back while i’m working in the area!
