Pizza was not made correctly. I don’t eat mushrooms. She offered to send a new pizza but if more than two pieces was missing then they would not be able to do it ! My husband already ate two because his topping was all over the whole thing. When they did not have a driver THEY sent door dash with a driver with no freaking change. So cost 30 for food I can’t eat. Won’t fix it and sent door dash that I did not request with no freaking change. So now 40.00 What a rip off. Don’t quote me your pizza policy when your crew messed it up. They screw up every single time. Just this time they added money to their pocket to boot. SCAM!!!! I wish I could rate them a zero

Finally! A location that understands what extra sauce means. Pizza was hot, fresh, and ready in less than 15 minutes on a Friday night. My only critique would be to PLEASE make sure the pizza is cut all the way through, because mine was not. But the taste made up for the mess I made.

I placed an online order. On the “tracker” it showed it had never been put in oven, when it was supposed to be time for pickup. I went there. They had not even started my order and were NOT busy at all! They started my order when I questioned it. So had to wait 15 more minutes for my order that was supposed to have already been ready.The cheese bread was SO tough like it had been sitting awhile and the pizza had almost no sauce and was terrible! We ended up throwing it all out! What has happened to the Papa John’s we used to LOVE??? We are done with them!

Im door dashing its 7:57 pm and the lady at register is not only rudeand not helpful to me but ive sat here and watch her be mean to about 15 other people. I would never recommend this place smh!!! And now im watching her tell customer after customer how its their problem i seriously cant believe what im watching.

I don’t even know where to start. Rude people who answer the phone to start off. The help is not there if needed. Ordered and the food was super late and they kept changing the delivery time. To the point we just left and got little cesars. This place needs shut down. I am not sure how it is even open now… Won’t be even trying to return.
