Ordered a burger with no ketchup or onion. Ticket reads Only mustard, cheese, and pickles, which is fine, amounts to the same think as my order. However what I received was an absurd amount of ketchup, (as shown scraped off onto the box) no pickle and no mustard. I don’t expect much from McDonald’s. It’s McDonald’s, it’s not meant to be good, just fast and cheap. It’s not even cheap anymore so at the very least couldn’t they read the order tickets?

Oct 30 2025 at 1:10 pm the woman at the second window who gave us our food was extremely miserable and rude. I simply told her I did not need the drink carrier and handed it back to her only to have her say nothing, roll her eyes at me and gave me a look of disgust. You really should at least smile when you are serving the public and at least look somewhat like you care.

Slow as hell. But understandibly, the poor workers, wash dishes, take orders (a harzard in the winter after washing the dishes) and take money, then make the food, oh and deliver it out the window to you, so ridiculous

On my way home I stopped at McDonald’s and there was maybe three cars in the drive-through. I ordered two cheeseburgers, medium fry, and bottle of water., My food was colder than the bottle of water that they took out of the refrigerator. I don’t understand how they could possibly serve customers cold food. not to mention, I wasn’t even there five minutes. I ordered instantly got my food and took off. Had I started eating my food sooner I would have went back and said something. I hope whoever is in charge there sees this and takes action. with that being said, staff was very nice other than my food being called. I was very pleased with everything else.

I always end up going late at night because I work late and sometimes after work I’ll stop. Been messing up more lately last time I wanted BBQ sauce I got Buffalo. Whatever I can get over it I’ll still eat it. Ordered double quarter pounder large fries 10 nuggets it was all on the board I PAID for everything didn’t get the most expensive item that I ordered first. The burger. I was asked for the first time ever do u want a receipt. I said no got home noticed and it’s too much of a hassle for me to go back or call so this is what I decided to do. Also my grandmother said last time she went it didn’t taste right and I’ve seen from the drive-through they messed other people’s orders up as well. I’m just not going to bother. I have more luck going to walmarts freezer section or stewarts it’s cheaper anyway.
