I heard some bad things about JD in recent comments, but I do not understand where he gets the hate from. Him and Christof were absolutely splendid and very accommodating to my allergies. These guys are the literal of face of subway. @Kim pasqaqhatevever, maybe don’t go in 10 minutes before closing, they were actually great.

I am really sorry and HATE to leave a bad review…actually this is my first…but very disappointed in my visit tonight. I got to the restaurant at 8:47, they close at 9. The young man that came from the back to help me looked at the clock and was obviously mad that it was close to closing time and he was having to help someone. JD, you are in customer service. From open to close. Closing was at 9. I hope you were nicer to the customer that came in as I was going out that had to ask me if y’all were still open because you had already gone to the back before I even got my drink made. Customers are your job security. Be nice.
***Update*** Very impressed with the follow up from this owner that reached out to me personally to extend their apologies. They assured me that this would be used as a teachable moment and the young man’s job would not be in jeopardy. We need more accountability like this.
