Most apathetic crew I’ve ever met, no idea what’s going on there for them to not care this much. Took 30 minutes to make two sandwiches with no customers. Watched 6 sandwich’s get made from what I assume are online orders from one staff member while the other made my two half sandwiches in the same amount of time. Will not be returning to this location. Also this bit into my sandwich. Not chipotle sauce on my chipotle chicken sandwich. So it took too long and I didn’t get what I asked for.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this place really deserves one. Walked in just to grab a sub and was immediately met with major attitude from the staff—especially Ms. Purple Hair behind the counter. If you’re in the business of serving customers, a smile and some basic courtesy should come standard.
On top of that, I noticed their health score was only an 82. That’s not exactly reassuring when you’re talking about food safety. Low health score plus rude employees = failure in my book. Definitely not somewhere I’ll be going back to for a while.
Owner needs to fix this and add some leadership mixed with ownership to the staff.

It was my first time visiting and the staff was really friendly. They engaged in conversation and made the experience really nice! Also the food was REALLY GOOD AND FRESH! If I ever travel again to Georgia will definitely be back!

I came into the store to pick up an online order that should have already been prepared. There were no other customers in the store and three employees were working at the time. After I told them who I was picking up for, only then did one employee “start” preparing the order. Meanwhile, all three continued their conversation with each other instead of focusing on completing my order.

Best experience at a quick service restaurant I can remember, thanks to Parsa, Layla and Kendriel. Great chemistry amongst staff and guest, sandwich was great and was made quickly.

The guy did not Handel my food in a clean manner. He place my bread and meats on the counter instead of landing my food down on a sheet of paper. This is very unsanitary. I asked him could he and he said no we do not. All other locations and employees place customers food on a sheet while making the order.
