Usally no problem with this location and it’s quality of food. The reason my rating is so low is because i regularly order the large portion of Garlic Cheese bread, but was sent a box of non existent “Cheesey Breadsticks” and when I mention that I obviously didn’t ordered something thats not on the menu I was ment with arguments. I guess the shope is always right not the customer even when they make a delusional decision. I was forced to order an extra pizza that was unwanted onto of another order of cheese bread with a delivery fee. Felt like a scandal, and to come at me with such hostility over thier mistake has botched my image of this location.

The Seville East of Chicago is awesome! The people there are extremely nice and the food is always great. EOC gets a bad rap when you talk to people about the chain, but this location will change your mind. The taco pizza is so good and my kids love the bacon cheese fries. You guys are awesome!

Austere shop in Seville with a door and basic counter. No real pizza deals or coupons to choose from online or in restaurant. No soda or any extras for sale. No military discount. Everything was menu price. No seating area. Pizza was ok.

I love East of Chicago, this is so disappointing. I accidentally placed the order for pick up. I called right away to see if i could fix it. The guy on the phone gave me attitude over it. He said it would take awhile, which would have been fine. The attitude makes me not want to order from you again.

This is a take out only place. The thing that makes it great is the pick up window on the side of the building! Absolutely LOVE not having to go inside. When they say 20 minutes for pick up, that’s what they mean. Pizza is always super hot and fresh!
