I usually don’t eat Burger King but I was desperate. I got a The Classic Ultimate Steakhouse Combo and there were way too many mushrooms on the burger. Each bite was more mushrooms than meat. Fries were cold but in their defense I’ve never had fresh fries from Burger King.

I was very impressed by the way this fast food restaurant looks . It’s by far the cleanest , the nicest and most welcoming Burger King I have ever been in.
I am a big fan of Burger King . This time the food did not raise to the expectations. I couldn’t say what it was ….but something’s was off.
Still enjoyed it. The fast, attentive service was unlike any other in this industry.
The presentation and cleanliness of the tray also impressive.
I dont know who manages this place but he/ she does a phenomenal job.
With a bit of adjustment to the taste of the charred burger this location could serve as an example to all fast food restaurants in Houston.

Never coming back to this BK again.
The service was okay, but they charged me twice because their POS system is faulty.
I purposely went inside to order instead of using the drive-thru, since every time I use the drive-thru something is missing from my order. Unfortunately, this time was even worse.
When I paid, the POS got stuck. The card reader showed “approved,” but no receipt printed. I even logged into my bank app and showed the manager that the transaction went through. Instead of helping, she said “some cards just do that” and made it seem like it was my fault. She then ran my card again and told me, “If it charges you twice, just come back and we’ll take care of it.”
Well, I did come back. I showed them two identical charges—same amount, same date, same reference. They still said they couldn’t do anything and told me to call my bank and dispute it myself.
To make it even worse, when I got home, I realized I ordered four Steak Whopper burgers but only received one, plus four large fries. This place clearly needs a lot of help.
I usually let missing items slide and don’t make a big deal, but this was the last straw. I left frustrated, had to deal with my bank, and fix their mistake on my own.
Beware: pay cash if you don’t want to risk getting charged twice. This location is not worth the stress.

I ordered through UberEats and everything in my order was ice cold! What makes it worse is the mozzarella sticks, if you want to call them that, that I received. Burger King should start taking the cost of orders out of employee’s paychecks when they produce horrible products like that of the photo. I don’t care if I paid $2 or $20 for an item, I expect it to be done right!

Always have to wait a lot! The taste its awful. Its a Shame that is the only Burger K on my way home. There uses to be a latin girl black hair, she was nice and the food was really good. When she was there i knew my food was fresh. They have to hire new people!

My family and I love Burger King; however, last night we ate at this location, and it’s very likely they mishandled the food or it was contaminated, because everyone at home ended up with abdominal pain and upset stomachs. We don’t want to return to this location.

They are totally running out of cups, I ordered a medium soda and they gave me a medium coffee cup. Also at McDonald’s I got a candy bucket with my kids meal, at BK you have to pay for it. And the workers don’t really want to be there.
