We go to this Waffle House regularly! However my last visit was a little chaotic. Everyone was in one line. This was pick up, paying, ordering to go…the line was out the door. I love Ms.Denice!! She’s always so pleasant. I really think there should be a pickup line separate from the ordering to go and paying line. Having everything together makes it more difficult for the employees and more chaotic for the customers. This also increases the wait time when you have already paid and just want your order and to get out the door. Customers shouldn’t have to stand 10 mins to pick up an order that’s already paid for.

Typical Waffle House. Great customer service. Our server was Aminah, and she did a great job keeping our drinks full. I ordered the Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Hashbrown Bowl. My wife ordered Cheesy Eggs and Grits. My daughter ordered the All-Star Special Breakfast. Food came out quickly. Tasted as good as usual. I love eating at Waffle House. This location is highly recommended!

I walked in and ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit Togo on March 3rd at 3:09pm not only did she over charge me they didn’t even fix my order correctly.. she charged me $6 for a $3.20 biscuit and when I asked for a receipt she gave me some made up receipt that doesn’t even show my order in detail. If Management sees this review, I would like to speak to you immediately. I am a regular at this establishment and live in the area. I have never experienced such bad customer service.

Our family really has enjoyed the atmosphere and service at this new local Waffle house. We have always been fans, but it fills like walking into your family’s kitchen here. I hope we continue to feel this way.

The service is horrible here. When you walk into an establishment, you want to be greeted. I literally walked in, stood at the register, no one acknowledged me, thy all just stare. Just throw the whole building in the trash.

The ENTIRE staff was excellent! No one was still, everyone was in motion and contributing. We were warmly greeted as soon as we walked in. A table was already in the process of being cleaned for us. Server was prompt, friendly and courteous. Drinks were served quickly! Silverware was hot right out of the dishwasher. Food came out quick was delicious! No missing items, order was perfect. The waitress came around to check on us. Another young lady in white (possibly mgr) came over to check on us and she mopped the floor and was decorating the outside area by the door. This place was so clean and friendly. Best Waffle House by far! We’ll definitely be back!!
