First of this, this is an only delivery place. I wish people would take photos of the food, because God was i disappointed. Fries were ok, over seasoned. Ordered two double burgers and a large fry through uber eats they accepted my order when I got there they told me they aren’t making orders for them anymore because they don’t have the Pattie’s I said okay can you cancel my order they said no they couldn’t but they accepted it even telling me my order was ready I was charged for the meal because I had to cancel on my end even when I didn’t receive a damn thing DONT ORDER FROM HERE! Unless you want to get scammed out of your money because if you cancel on your end uber won’t return your money you have to get it cancelled through your bank

Its ironic how its called “The Burger Experience” because my experience was the WORST I HAVE EVER HAD! I ordered the Veggie Combo via UberEats. COMBO means with side and drink. I did NOT get the crinkle fries, only the drink. I dont know if yall forgot the fries or if the Uber driver stole them. The lettuce on my falling-apart-crumble-sandy burger was black and old, I had to throw it away. I took one bite to give yall one chance and I instantly was sick because it tasted as if I bit into a pile of sand from the beach and I could not keep it together…HORRIBLE. I am very disappointed. I do not recommend The Burger Experience. NEVER AGAIN will I order from yall. 1 star for at least getting the drink right….

Definitely, would recommend. Sure, its not actually a restaurant, just behind one. And sure, It has nothing to do with burgers. And ya, I was pretty sore for a few days. But I had fun, and thats all that matters. Definitely don’t come here if you’re looking for food though.
